10. Conclusion of the Moon to the Flower

The title actually don't do anything with the actual story. I only write that because Yukari's first name (Yuzuki) were 2 kanjis of "conclusion" and "moon", so I just did that.

Oh and I actually don't know if the meanings are correct, that's from Google. lol

From that day on, my life hasn't been so peaceful and quiet as I wanted.

Yukari was the problem. She keep on trying to interact with me. Not that she failed or anything, her fans are the annoying ones.

Personally, I think Yukari is okay, but the fans that keep on bitching about how I'm lucky to be in her attention bothers me a lot.

So, I feel like we should talk about this.

Right when she's here, next to me, who is just using her phone normally.

"Yukari."

"Hm? What's up?"

"... Can you please do something with your fans? They're annoying."

"What did they do?"

"Well, you see... Because of you following me almost every day, they think that I'm "lucky" and "should be glad" that I have your attention all the time. Don't you think it's a bit- no, very annoying of them?"

"Hm... I see. I'll try to do something about them. I'm sorry for letting them bother you!"

"You don't need to be sorry, it's their fault."

Okay, she's not that bad of a person... She's nicer than the people I've met before. Weird.

The next day

Today's strangely peaceful.
There are no annoying kids everywhere in my sight and ears anymore.
Hmm... This should be my lucky day. Or something.

And far away there is, a familiar silhouette, waving at me. Pretty sure it's running towards me too.

"Flo~wer~chan~!"
"Flowo? You never told me you're also friends with Yucchan?"

Wait, there's two voices. They're Yukari and... Why is Gumi also there??

"Huh? Gumi??"

"Flowo... I never knew you actually have interest with popular girls."

"Gumi-chan, stop it! It's not like that..."

"Yucchan, I know you said you both are just friends not long ago but I am still surprised. Long ago or not, the Flower I know does not like popular human beings..."

"It's not like she's an exception! I wasn't the one who tries to talk to the other literally every. Single. Day."

"Flower-chan... Why are you so mean to me..."

"Flowo... Yucchan is sad..."

"DON'T LOOK AT ME LIKE I'M A CRIMINAL!!!"

For some reason, I discovered that Gumi calls Yukari 'Yucchan', and because of me and Yukari recently becoming friends (which I disagree with but Yukari won't let me disagree), we're a group of 3 friends now.

Huh. This is really weird. I mean, I guess Yukari isn't that bad?

A few days after that, my life which mostly involves Gumi, now also have Yukari.

I realized that not all popular people are as bad and toxic as it seems. Yukari is very caring. And nice. And somehow, she knows exactly my favourites, and what I am feeling in the moment.

She's as sharp with my feelings as Gumi, but she tends to deal with my sad ones better than Gumi. I honestly don't know why, but I feel like that.

"Flower-chan. Do you know something?"

"What?"

"You have a pretty smile. Your smile is like... a carnation."

"Um... T-Thanks, I guess. I've never been complimented something like that before..."

"Awww. Flower-chan, you're so cute."

"... Stop, please."

Well... Yukari sometimes just compliment me weird things out of nowhere. It makes me blush. And I hate that.

Bonus: Gumi's POV.

"Yucchan... How did you talk to Flowo?"

I asked, simply out of curiosity. Flower was never interested in "people that draws a lot of attention", so she for sure won't interact with Yucchan.

"Well... It just happens that we had cleaning duty together. And she looked sad, so I wanted to make her smile."

"That sounds kinda childish... But it's Yucchan, so it makes sense."

"Are you calling me childish?"

"Definitely. Lol."

Yucchan looks really angry now. Angry in a childish way.

... But something feels off, doesn't it?

"Yucchan... I know this is sudden, and I'm not offending you in any way, but... Are you perhaps, planning something?"

If what I'm thinking is the truth, I'd prefer it to not be, and I'm rather just overthinking. But, as Flowo says, I'm a smart and sharp person when in need. So there's a low chance I'm wrong...

"... What if I am? Will you judge me?"

"No. I respect your choices and all but... Please, don't do what I think you're gonna do if your plan goes wrong..."

"Gumi-chan... The only thing I'll respond to that is a seen if we're currently chatting on phone right now."
