I wake up quite late the next day 11:00.
First thing I do is check my phone to see if Alfie had text back.
Nope.
But a flood of texts came in from chai & Marcus saying
"CALL ME NOW"
"ZOE OMG U OKAY DID U HEAR? RING ME ASAP"
suddenly I think, what's happening.
I ring Marcus only to find him crying on the other side of the phone.
"Marcus..."
*sobs*
"Marcus what's happened ?"
" iiittss a a aalfie hhee hhee.."
"WHAT MARCUS!"
"He was in a car crash last night and is in intensive care in the hospital."
I hung up straight away.
Not making any time to cry I lifted my coat& car keys.
I NEED TO SEE HIM.
