So as i got to my part of my stand and sit down. So does ben as i watch him sitting on the other side of the room. Im so feeling myself i say and in my mind im like idk whats going on with me.
The judge slams the hammer disturbing me from my thoughts.
She askes me so what's going on in here. I say this man named ben raped me. The judge says explain.
I say ben was drunk one night and my moms asleep. I was taking a shower at 9:00 cause its bed time.
As i got out of the shower i was walking to my room and i shut my door. Thats when ben knocked and i said im in here dont open it . Thats when ben opened the door. He walked in as i stutterd speaking to the judge. I went on and said he touched where i didnt want to be touched and i said get off of me 5 times but he wouldnt listen to me.
So that's when i flipped out and he holded on to me saying shut up ,shut up he screamed. I said leave me alone you dirty man. He says well since you said dirty ill show you it .
So then the judge slammed her hammer. She said well do you have proof i say no quietly . But i do have a witness and thats sally my mom.
