Trigger warning

You just needed an outlet. The pressure of life was overwhelming you again.

You would usually go rant about your problems to Jaehee, or even just cry on her shoulder, and she would always be there for you. Whether you wanted advice, or just her to sit there quietly with only to comfort you with her presence and give you her ears, she was always there for you.

But lately that darn Jumin Han has been bombarding her with ridiculous cat projects. That little hacker 707 wanted Jumin to try 'commoner food' and tried to get him to eat a hamburger.

But of course, Jumin went off on him with a lecture about how unhealthy it was and how he would never eat it. Until, Seven asked if he wouldn't even eat it if it was shaped like a cat.

With also preparing for the upcoming RFA party, Jaehee had been spending nights with barely any sleep, and barely any time to enjoy with you.

With your pillar in life gone, you only got more discouraged about yourself. Your insecurities, your self worth, and responsibilities in life with being the RFA party coordinator.

You had barely participated in engaging in conversations with the other RFA members in the messenger. Many unopened emails were sitting on your computer, waiting for you to open and chat with potential party guests. But whenever you even thought about the pressure of your work, you felt sick to your stomach.

The RFA members missed chatting with you, and were worried about where you had been. But trying to explain that all you had been doing while being missing from the chatroom was sitting around in your shared home with Jaehee crying by yourself.

Jaehee also rarely opened the messenger too because of her work, and fortunately for you, didn't see all the texts about where you were.

Now in the messenger, only Zen, Yoosung, and Seven were the ones who were usually talking.

Every time the notification popped up on your screen that a chatroom was opened, you frowned and tossed your phone to the side.

The anxiety missing out on the chatroom made you feel depressed, but if you did chat with the members, the empty feeling inside of you still wouldn't leave, and only made you feel more drained after your conversation.

You had started getting antsy. Most of your days was just you sitting on the bed curled up in a ball, crying or staring off into space.

You felt suffocated. And wanted to escape from the world so badly.

But before you could see what evil was unfolding before you, you were already deep in the pit of darkness. Pain and despair grew onto you like moss.

Then one day you found a way to cope with it, even though it was very bad for you.

It was cutting.

Nothing felt more blissful to you than sliding a knife over your delicate wrist, and watching your blood run down.

It gave you a sense of reality that you could control.

Whenever you actually went into the chatroom, you had to pretend to be the angelic MC that they knew. The one who would always listen to their worries and cheer them on, and solved their own problems for them.

But while you were busy helping the members with their inner struggles, who would be the one to save you?

Jaehee always tried her best to be there for you, but once cat project after cat project piled up, you didn't even get to see her at all despite living with her.
