Chapter 10

-harry pov-

ok, so we are all around the van protecting it

while Ni pumps gas in it. Ash is beside me, well

kinda, but I can tell she’s a bit scared to be out

here, but I did promise her bro that I’d keep her

safe from all harm. So I finally built up the

courage to just go up to her and talk to her.

“hey Ash” I said to her, startling her, oops.

“Harry you scared me.” She said chuckling a bit.

I joined her, “sorry. Just thought I’d give you

some company” I said sitting on the bumper.

“thanks” she said smiling and joining me on the

bumper. “so uhm hey Ash, can I ask you a

question?” I cant believe I’m finally doing this,

and during a terrible time too.

But oh well, I have to do this one way or

another. “uhm, that is a question.” She said,

laughing. I joined in the laughing, “smart ass.” I

said to her. “gee thx” she said putting her hair

up. “I was kidding. But seriously, I need to tell

you something.” I said, putting my gun down on

the ground. “ok shoot” she said to me.

Right when I was about to pour my heart out to

her, she grabed her gun, almost immediately,

and jumped up and shot down a zombie that was

like right in front of us. “sorry Harry, but we’ve

got some company of our own.” She said to me.

“oh shit. I totally forgot about this.” I said as I

grabbed my gun and got up.

“it’s ‘ight. But you can go ahead and tell me

now, or you can wait to tell me. I’m planning on

sneaking into the store to stock up a bit.” She

said shooting down a couple more.

“uhm, I, uhm, you sure I can just tell you right

now?” I asked her, shooting and really wanting

to tell her about my secret love for her. “I don’t

care curly. Do what you want. We just gotta do

our job right now.” She said, still shooting.
