Liam POV:
Zayn stared deeply into my eyes catching my full attention. He leans in towards my face and I can feel his breath on my lip. I close my eyes, I know what he is going to do, I know that he may be sorry and that I don’t like him that much, but I want this. I want his kisses. His lips fit into mine like puzzle pieces, they move around lightly, and he licks my lower lip, asking to make out. I cave in and let him in but I never not once let him be the dominant, he still hurt my friend. I hear a rustling in the grass, it is probably just Troi.
“What the fuck is going on here Liam?” it was Louis.
I pulled away from Zayn, he looks up at Louis with fear in his eyes, neither of us knowing what is coming next, is Louis going to snap?
“Answer me Liam, what is this? I thought you hated Zayn!”
“Listen Lou, Zayn went to get help he figured things out, he apologized and I forgave him.”
“You forgave him? How by sucking his face off and licking it with your tongue?
“Louis he had nothing to do with you getting bugged Niall and Harry it was all Niall’s fault.”
“Bull shit! I can’t believe your taking his side? He’s the bad guy!”
“If I do remember so you love HARRY! Isn’t he a BAD GUY too?”
Oh crap, what did I just do, I just told Zayn that Louis liked his best friend in front of Lou.
“Whoa, hold on you like Harry?” Zayn asked.
Louis stood there crying nodding his head.
“Listen, I will talk to the boys and tell them if they ever lay a hand on you or say anything about you I will personally kick their asses all the way to Canada.”
Louis stopped sobbing and looked at Zayn, then at me.
“Would you really do that for me? Would he really do that for me?” he asked Zayn then me.
“I’ll make sure of it” I said.
“I’m sorry I wigged out guys” Lou said with puppy dog eyes, he thought I would abandon him just because he lost his cool? No way, that guy was stuck with me for better or for worse.
“Don’t apologize, I shouldn’t have said anything about Harry” I say hugging him.
“Still friends?” he asked.
“Best friends” I say smiling.
“So” Zayn says acting awkward.
“Do I have your permission Louis, to be with Liam?”
“Wait you want to be with me? What will your friends say?”
“If they don’t accept that I like you they can just suck it” he said cockily.
“You would be willing to ruin your popularity for me?” I asked dumbfounded.
“Surprisingly yes, I’d do anything for you” he said kissing me on the cheek.
