...EVERYTHING HAS MEANING, don't ever think it doesn't." The English professor sat on his desk, speaking directly into the ears of weary students. The professor's wide eyes and arched eyebrows almost risked you to object. His hands were moving constantly to express himself to the fullest. It looked straight cartoonishly and a certain student, probably the only person who was paying attention, wanted to laugh.

[• blah blah blah blah blue is always the color of sadness or worry red anger mad! ]
[• can i go home now this is so stupid don't even write 𓂺 < that dick tells alot about the charecters inner monologe and thought process. penis! ]Ale's hand was becoming achy due to aggressive note-taking of totally accurate 'symbols' & 'signs' in literature. Sometimes the curtains are just blue. Alejandro responded back to his teacher mentally. Maybe the author just really likes blue. He let his hand rest, the pen dropping softly. If he could just rest his head into the palm of his hand and drift off. The student didn't wanna listen to another symbolic meaning for a lopsided table, or an explanation on the right use of italics. He wasn’t even a writer, he was gonna be a technical engineer, or professional soccer player, anything else but a writer. God, this was pointless. The student searched around the room to make him occupied. To wake him up. His eyes locked on these two pretty girls with brunette hair and tanned skin blowing bubblegum with their legs propped up in a comfortable manner. The bubblegum popped loudly but the professor didn't comment. He was still going on his nonsense.
"It's important to give your readers an underlying understanding. It's not necessarily about tricking them into thinking about it in later chapters..." he paused, shaking his head, "actually yes it is. But- but make it your own. Always make it your own." Alejandro felt bitter about the phrase for some reason. He glanced at the clock. On-time, the bell sprung to life. A rush of packing up your belongings and shuffling of feet sounded the once quiet room. "Be sure to work on your short stories! I want creativity and to feel the exhibition through your..." the professor's voice fades out as the Latino hears passing conversations as he messily shoves his notebook and pencils into his bag.
"Did you hear about the cutest little coffee shop near Rouge?" the girl with the most plainest voice Ale's ever heard spoke. "Yes," the other girl spoke, dragging out the s like a snake.
"They have the best pastries, oh my godddd..." Alejandro's ears perked up at the word pastries. He had a horrible sweet tooth, and he hasn't eaten much of anything today. Except for shitty off-brand frosted flakes. He could almost taste the sweet & sugary pastries and his mouth watered. The student walked speedily out as he made a mental note to visit Rouge today. Hell, maybe he'll get some work done in the shop. I doubt it, he thought, I'm not that type.
He didn't even like coffee.
'ROMERO'S RESSO! grand coffee(s), pastries, and tasty tea! free space for anyone <3 we're family-owned!' The shop's sign read in cute cursive. There were loads of doodles on the sign. Large coffee cups and hearts around it making it feel soft & tender just from the outside. Ale took a glance through the clear door. It might've looked odd at 5 pm, but he didn't pay mind to that.
