The perfect life

He was perfect. He was handsome, funny, smart, talented. Only one problem he wasn't mine. Jon Mar Masen was Claire Sawers boyfriend. They were the IT couple. They were the popular kids. And I was just another girl. I'm Cassie. And I have been in love with Jon since seventh grade.

We had sat together throughout middle school. He would always sit next to me in class. And when we did our school play he was the Danny to my Sandy.

Then one day it all fell apart.

The second week of second semester something VERY rare happened. Jolaire broke up. And this wasn't one of their "you forgot my moms birthday" fight this was a "You slept with my sisters boyfriend"fight. It was pretty permanent. Which is how my life changed. For once I had a chance at Jon.
