He remembers when they first met.
Age 5:
“Hi!” He said, walking up to the boy who was sitting alone.
The boy looked up and the back down.
“Hello” He says his voice almost a whisper. He's drawing alone in the corner while all the other kids are playing.
“I’m Harry! What’s your name!?!?” He says sitting next to the boy.
“Liam.” The boy says still drawing.
“Well its nice to meet you Liam.” And finally Liam looked up at him. And he smiled.
He remembers when he first realized he fancied Liam.
Age 13:
“I just I, I really like her Harry” Liam says. They are lying on Harry’s bed and playing some video games when Liam’s new girlfriend, Danielle, gets brought up.
The statement hits Harry deep in his gut. Makes him want to curl up in a ball.
“Good.” Harry says, trying so hard to be happy for Liam.
“Yeah.” Liam says, smiling. And Harry’s stomach does flips.
Harrys been having these feeling for a while but he thinks he’s finally come to terms with what it means. He fancies Liam.
He remembers when they first kissed.
Age 15:
“Hey Li- What’s wrong?” Harry says coming to a stop as he notices the tears on Liam's face.
“She- She.” Liam sniffs, more tears run down his face. “She cheated on me, Haz.”
What??? Dani? Cheat on Liam?
But they’d been together for over 2 years. And they were so happy! (Much to Harry’s sadness)
Oh Liam” He says and wraps his arm around his best friend. “I’m so sorry.”
Liam sniffles again and buries his head in Harry’s chest.
This gets Harry annoyed. How could Dani do this? Didn’t she realize how amazing Liam was?
"She said I didn’t pay enough attention to her Harry. Said my mind was always else where.” Liam says, looking up at Harry with his puppy eyes filled with tears.
“Li-“ Harry starts but Liam cuts him off.
“I loved her Harry. And she cheated.”
At the L-word Harry winced like he always did. The only difference, this time Liam saw him.
He looks down to see Liam look at him with his eyebrows furrowed.
“Harry?” And Harry’s next action was totally involuntary. Liam was just looking up at Harry looking all vulnerable and adorable and for the fist time in two years he was available. So it wasn’t his fault he kissed Liam.
But he did. And he never regrets it.
The kiss was sweet and slow and maybe a bit awkward but amazing all the same.
They got together soon after that. It took a bit but they got there.
He remembers the first time they were without each other.
Age 18:
“You told me you’d come with me!” He says, getting a bit annoyed. They’d made plans to go to college together since they were 13. Why the sudden change?
“Yes but Zayn-“ There it was! That name that was constantly coming from Liam's lips lately.
Zayn this and Zayn that.
“Zayn? So what you’re gonna go with Zayn and not your boyfriend????” He says finally cracking. He was sick of Zayn and he’d never even met the dude.
“Harry, that’s not even it. It’s a really good school.” Liam said, trying to reason with him.
“But Liam!!! We made plans to go to UCLA together when we were 13.” He said whining a bit.
“I know, Harry but things change.” Liam said sighing.
“No. No. You promised Liam you promised, We'd stay together forever.” He says, not ever wanting Liam out of his life.
“Its only for a few years Harry.” Liam said, and he was gone the week after that.
Gone off to college with Zayn, not Harry. It hurt.
They stayed together though. Broke up a bit, cause long distance stuff was hard. But where still together when they moved in together 4 years later, when Harry moved to LA (he got a job offer there, and of course, Liam,)
He remembered when Liam asked Harry to marry him.
Age 23:
“Listen up everyone.” Liam said tapping his glass and standing up at the party all there friends and family were at.
“Li, what are you doing?” He asked, tuggin on his boyfriend sleves, completely oblivious to what his boyfriend was about to do.
“You’ll see babe.” He said. “I have a very important thing to do tonight.” Liam turned towards him and got down on one knee.
“Harry, We have been together for 10 years now, 10 of the best years of my life with you, and I’d be absolutely honored if you would marry me?” Liam said.
He jumped up and threw his arms around Liams neck saying yes over and over again.
And now here he was 1 year later marrying the love of his life.
Age 24:
“I now pronounce you husband and husband.” The priest said, and I kissed my new husband.

So cute little Lirry story. I'm really happy with this. ITs the first ting I've written since I got writers block that I liked.
