Cycle - Month, Klick - day, Mega-cycle - year, eon - century
It's been a cycle since Lockjaw joined the Wreckers.
Lockjaw stood in place as he watched the operation being planned out by Gearforce. Hating the fact that Gearforce had him put aside for something else, Lockjaw instantly knew this mech was against Gladiators.
The truth was harsh, but Gearforce put Lockjaw in the frontier. "Are you sure that's a good idea?," Bulkhead asked cautiously as Gearforce nodded. "New Wreckers should know how it feels to be the first one in line," Gearforce says smugly as Lockjaw could feel Vengeance wanting to rip this mech's faceplate off.
Vengeance hated Gearforce from the start and would end this mech without a second doubt, but Mimic and Dream kept him down from doing so. Lockjaw knew this wasn't going to end well as he knew Decepticons and Autobots as friends, but the Decepticons knew for a fact that he would rather not fight a war against friends than killing them.
Lockjaw looked around until he noticed a camera looking over the whole map. "Sometimes I want to question the frontier, but right now doesn't seem to be the best time," Lockjaw sighed, pretending to be frustrated.
He hated acting, but it was for the best.
"Then don't ask," Gearforce says Lockjaw looked at the mech. "I find it funny how you don't respect me more than others, even the Decepticons respect my decision going Neutral," Lockjaw responded as if he didn't care, making Gearforce almost furious. Some of the Wreckers even laughed at this, thinking it was just a joke. Bulkhead, knowing this was true, didn't laugh, but showed worry for his best friend's older sibling.
Bulkhead knew Lockjaw wanted to stay Neutral, but fate didn't like him to stay Neutral for long. The rest of the Wreckers knew Lockjaw was a mech to be feared by both sides as he was unpredictable, strategist by mind, and knew how to detect an opponent's next move.
"Sir, you do realize Lockjaw knows how to be more unpredictable than us, right?," a mech spoke up as Gearforce glared at them. "Does it look like I know?," Gearforce sneered as the mech looked at Lockjaw. The mech could feel a dread feeling from Lockjaw before shaking his helm at Gearforce quickly.
"That gives me more of the idea of putting him on the frontier," Gearforce says, amused as Lockjaw turned to Bulkhead. Bulkhead could feel Lockjaw's look, but he could feel like it was a concerned look.
After the plan was planned out, Lockjaw went to Bulkhead and his few friends he made. "Frontier, huh, that's gonna be death," Springer spoke surprised as Lockjaw nodded lightly. "I have a plan around that," Lockjaw says as Bulkhead looked at him worriedly. "Lockjaw, we don't want to lose you, even Jackie wouldn't want that," Bulkhead says as Lockjaw put his servo on Bulkhead's shoulder blade.
"Don't worry about that, I'm not gonna be taken by the 'Cons," Lockjaw says reassuring the mech, who looked up at him. "Let's hope not," Bulkhead says as Springer got up. "Just got a call, we leave in about the later klick," Springer says as Lockjaw nodded. "You mechs be careful, I'll go get prepared," Lockjaw spoke as he left.
Walking to a different room, he saw Gearforce talking with the mech before. Gearforce looked to see Lockjaw walking in the room, Gearforce gave some equipment to the mechs of the frontier. Lockjaw, however didn't take the equipment, but instead gave it to a mech who wasn't given the equipment.
Lockjaw knew this mech needed it more than he would as Gearforce was almost seething from this. Lockjaw could tell Gearforce was not just ticked, but enraged. "Lockjaw, he doesn't need those equipment," Gearforce began as Lockjaw's optics turned crimson red along with his visor.
