I work overtime so I can finish the paperworks that I need to pass tomorrow morning and I'm glad that I finished that.

I turned off the lights from my office room when I heared a footsteps. Sa oras na ito ako at si Sir na lang ang tao malabong mga yabag ng paa niya yon dahil halos wala kang maririnig na yabag ng mga paa kapag ito ang naglalakad kaya nakakapagtaka. Then I realize something this person will attempt to kill my Boss.

Agad akong nagtungo sa taong ito, hindi naman maingay ang yabag ng mga paa niya pero maririnig mo ito kung matalas ang pandinig mo. Malas niya dahil isa ako sa nabiyayaan ng may matalas na pandinig.

Walang ingay akong nagtungo sa likod niya base sa nakikita ko matangkad siyang lalaki at may kalakihan rin ang kanyang katawan pero dahil nag training ako ng martial arts kahit papaano ay hindi ako mahihirapan na kaladkarin ito.

Kinuha ko ang microtech combat trodoon knife at mabilis na sinipa ang parte ng tuhod niya kaya nawalan siya ng balanse at napa salampak sa sahig bago pa niya pihitin ang doorknob ng pinto ni Boss. Sa pagkakataong ito ay tinutukan ko siya ng combat knife sa leeg habang ang kaliwa ko namang braso ay sakal ko siya kaya hindi siya makakapalag. Buti na lang talaga sound proof ang office ni Boss at ang mga office dito.

He groaned in pain because I kicked him with my pointed killer high heels, somehow wearing a high heels are not useless at all.

I drew the knife closer to his neck so that it would stick to his skin but I did not pushed it down so it would not creates a wound and it will only served as a warning, "Who ordered you to kill my boss?"

He only smirk at me and said, "No one."

I gave him a smirk too and the smirk he was wearing was wiped off now. "No one huh? You chose the hard one, by the way I'm easy to talk to you know."

I gave him a blow on the nape and it cause him to knocked off I don't know how much time it can cause but I'm sure that he will wake up sooner or later. I hurriedly go to back door of this building after we take the black elevator while I'm dragging this tall man. He has a looks that can lure a woman because of his face and body, such a waste because he is an enemy.

I turned on my AirPods pro to connect it to my Iphone 11 pro max. I called Dex and he answered it immediately.

"Someone was trying to kill him and I knocked off of him so if you wanna help me to trace that piece of shit who was the mastermind of killing my Boss give me a driver who will fetch this man here ASAP." I ended up the call after that. A couple of minutes later a unknown car was in front of us.

The man that works for Dex greeted me, "Good evening Lady Mari."

I chuckled dryly at him "What's a good at evening if I just finished working because I took an overtime and I caught that man who was assigned to kill him. What a good evening right?"

After he said a goodbye I walked away from them and go back inside of the building. Nasa tapat ako ng black elevator ng bigla itong bumukas at ang nasa loob ay walang iba kundi si Boss. Hindi ko na lamang pinahalata sa kanya ang pagka gulat ko. Nagtataka niya akong tinignan I just smiled at him and said,
"I forgot my key. Have a goodnight Sir." akala ko tango nanaman ang isasagot niya kaya agad na akong tumalikod at sinimulan nang paglalakad ng marinig ko ang mahina niyang sinabi, "Have a goodnight too and be careful when you're driving Ms. Santiago." Parang gusto kong tumalon sa saya hindi dahil sa nanalo ako sa lotto kundi ibinalik niya rin sa'kin ang goodnight ko. At may pa mag ingat daw ako sa daan kapag nagmamaneho. Hindi niya lang alam na may pagka kaskasera ako kapag nagmamaneho. My heart went oops!
