[A/N; Samuel/Sammy is the crying child. I just got a little lazy to come up with a name for him so Samuel it is!]
{No one's POV}
William arrived to the restaurant and looked around. Everything looked normal. He walked to the backroom and waited for his shift to start. A few minutes later, Mr. Emily ran in and looked around. "My, My...This place hasn't changed one bit..." Henry said as he smiled. He looked around for his boss just to see that he was no where to be found. "Maybe I'm just early..." He put his bag down and sighed contentedly. William felt as if he wasn't the only one in the building. He walked down the hallway and looked into the dining area. No way...It couldn't be...
[William Afton's POV]
"Henry Emily?..."
....
The man turned around.
"William..? William Afton?..."
I smiled and embraced him tightly. I heard him laugh. That sweet laugh could make anyone's heart melt...- Wait what..? Why am I thinking this way? I guess it doesn't matter.. I'm just glad I get to see my dear Henry again.
I looked at him. "Why are you here?" I asked. "I thought you moved to the sister location.."
"Well I did!" He answered. "But the boss called me and told me he wanted new animatronics! Apparently, The place is getting sued..." He said.
"It is..?" He facepalmed. "You work here! How could you not know?"
I shrugged and laughed. "I just mostly look after the kids since the parents suck at that!"
"Well, you suck at that too! The reason the place is getting sued is because of all the kids disappearing!"
I started getting nervous. "K-Kids disappearing..?"
"Yeah...I thought you had heard or had at least seen it..." He responded.
I looked away. I couldn't tell him what I knew. It could ruin our friendship.
"Is something wrong..?" He asked.
"No...Just...thinking about how the loss of a child might feel like..." Then I started thinking of my own children. My poor wife.. She did nothing wrong!. I just couldn't have any witnesses. It wouldn't have been any fun like that. Micheal... I'm sorry.. I shouldn't have gotten angry at you. Elizabeth...you shouldn't have wondered down into the basement. Sammy...I'm sorry I couldn't save you from one of Micheal's stupid jokes."Anyways, how's Charlie?"
"O-Oh! Charlotte's doing fine!" Henry responded.[Henry Emily's POV]
Truth is... I haven't seen Charlotte in a while now. She's been missing for a couple of weeks now...
My wife disappeared a few months ago.. A 16-year-old running around in the streets should be suspicious. But, something doesn't seem quite right. Charlotte loved me and her brother dearly. She wouldn't just run away, now... would she? I let out a small sight of hopelessness.
William did a small "huh?" sound. "Is something wrong, Henry?"
"Hm..?" I looked at him. "Oh no! Nothing wrong! I was just thinking about some things..." I let out a small sad laugh. William held my hand. I blushed a little. What is he doing now?
"Henry.. you were always my friend.. I've always told you every little thing that has happened in my unimportant life.."
Where's he going with this?..
He pulls me closer.
"Now, why won't you tell me what's going on in your life..?"
I was speechless. Not because of what he said, but of how close we are. We're just inches away from each other's faces. The blush faded as he pulled away.
William smiled, "Well?"I gulped nervously. "Well.." I started. I couldn't really express how I was feeling or where to begin in the list of all my problems. I shook my head. "It's really nothing!" I said with a forced smile on my face. "Shouldn't we get to work?" I asked. He sighed. "Of course.."
[William Afton's POV]
I know you miss her, old pal. You miss all of them, don't you? If it pleases you... just know..
Their screams were rather... enjoyable..
I'm sorry, Henry. I really am. It's an addiction that I can't stop. Im just worried that you might be next.
