After confirming that they were were just birthmarks, this has turned into a little inside jokes between them and the fandom.

You know how they love pointing out the freckle on Taehyung's nose, or the mole under Jungkook's lip? Well the love pointing out how cute her freckle, causing her not to wear a lot of face makeup as to not cover it up.
