(currently 8/21/23 rn, I came back to this story and decided to make changes- such as changing how the character's line is, adding and removing some cringe parts, adding more context or more sense in it. Anyways, thank u all for how much views/favs/likes this story actually got! I'm surprisingly amazed by this tbh)
(Another note: I will change some parts of the story every 1-4 times a day since I'm busy w/ other things. If you see that the other parts are different lining than a previous one, then the whole changing is still in progress. The reason why I'm changing it. is alrdy up top just incase you didn't read it^ ^ ^ ^.)
Setting: Outside school
Time: 6:52 (8 minutes before the bell rings, note that this isn't synced with the actual time in the show itself)
Alya and Marinette were talking to eachother as usual, talking about school projects, Ladybug, designs, Adri- ehem.., blogs and etc. Then Marinette said something that made Alya a bit surprised.
"Luka is so sweet, he made me a song! I love him..!" Marinette says, her tone sounding happy as she continues on about Luka and how sweet he is. Alya's shock eventually wears off and speaks up.
"But girl- aren't you in love with Adrien? You know, the boy who you constantly stammer your words when you try to have small talk with him?" Alya says, crossing her arms with a smirk as she sees Marinette's expression turn to one of embarrassment.
"H-huh? Whaa- I mean.. yeah. But I like Luka too, as a cough friend, of course..!" Marinette replies, along with an awkward chuckle as she rubs her arm a little. Alya shakes her head, still with her smirk on her face.
"Yeah, definitely a 'friend'." Alya says in a sarcastic tone of voice, airquoting the word 'friend'. Marinette sighs and looks at Adrien, who was just in the distance talking to Nino. Alya notices Marinette looking at Adrien and her smirk grows a bit wider.
"This could actually be a good time to, y'know.. confess your love to Adrien? It's no biggie if he denies! You have Luka as your second choice." Alya suggests, putting both her hands on Marinette's shoulder and faces her to Adrien's direction.
"Alya!! I can't! It'll be all awkward with me stuttering and messing up my words, a-and I'll l-lose my cool around him!" Marinette exclaims, turning her face away from Adrien so he wouldn't see her.
"It'll be fine, Marinette! You practiced this at your room. You can do it!" Alya cheers on as she starts pushing Marinette towards Adrien. Marinette tries to get out of her grip, but it was too late. She was already in front of Adrien. The two stared at eachother whilst Nino and Alya were watching how it would turn out.
Adrien smiles at Marinette as he waves at her. "Hey Marinette! Nino said that Alya said you had something to tell me." Adrien spoke, slightly smiling.
Marinette blushes and begins to stutter her words as usual. "O-oh, y-yeaah- u-um... I-I-" Marinette tries to speak but continues to stutter as she does so. She stops talking and clears her throat, before gaining courage and saying it.
"Adrien, I've been in love with you ever since I first saw you." Marinette puts on an awkward smile, which did not go too well with her blushing face. Adrien's eyes widen in shock, but eventually his shock wears off and oddly looks off to the side.
"Um-.. I'm really sorry Marinette, I-I don't mean to hurt your feelings.. but I'm in love with someone else." Adrien quietly mutters the last part, hoping that Marinette didn't hear it but she did. Tears formed in her eyes as she turns away from Adrien.
Then memories of her and Luka flashed in her eyes, and her crying wasn't as bad. "N-no.. it's okay, Adrien. It's understandable that you wouldn't love someone like me.." Marinette replied, along with a few sniffs as she wipes a few tears from her eyes. Alya and Nino both looked at the two and themselves in shock, whilst Adrien was caught off-guard by how Marinette wasn't so emotional over him. Then he let out a slight gasp.
"See you.." Adrien says, slightly sad. But then he sees Marinette talking to Luka. 'Did she really move on from me that fast?' Adrien thought to himself, feeling a bit of anger and jealousy.
Alya and Nino both notice Adrien's expression and they look surprised.
[ Time Skip to where school ended ]
In Adrien's Room
Plagg: Kid calm down, just talk to him and everything will be fine.
Adrien: Calm down? CALM DOWN?!?!? YOUR NOT MY FATHER! YOU CANT TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!
Plagg: Kid...
Adrien: Oh wait, I can kill Luka and Marinette won't know, and she will go out with ME!
Plagg: Kid, TOO EXTREME!
Adrien: This.. will... work!
Plagg: No...
Adrien: I will kill LUKA!! AND HE WILL NEVER GET IN WAY BETWEEN ME AND MARINETTE!!!!!!
Plagg: Kid, stop! *slaps Adrien*
Adrien: Ow...
Plagg: I needed to do that to snap you out kid.
Adrien: Okay...
In Marinette's Bedroom
Marinette: *texts Luka*
Messaging:
🎶: <3
🐞: 😊
🎶: 😘
🐞: Ok Luka, We can stop messaging emoji's now
🎶: Okay, What did you wanted to tell me?
🐞: Its about... how Adrien is feeling. I tried to come over his place to talk to him but they wouldn't let me in.
🎶: Have your tried texting him?
🐞: Yes, but he blocked texts so I wouldn't be able to text him.
🎶: Calling him?
🐞: No... he blocked it too, its like he knows my every single move!
🎶: Hmm...
🐞: I gotta go now, bye!
🎶: Bye
*stop messaging*
Marinette: Whats wrong with Adrien? He doesn't like me anymore...
Tikki: Thats weird for his behavior, don't you think? You guys were like friends before.
Marinette: Yes, But after I told him I was in love with Luka, he stopped chatting or calling me.
Tikki: Hmm, Talk to him as Ladybug, he will explain.
Marinette: Okay! Tikki, Spots on! *turns into Ladybug and goes into Adrien's room*
In Adrien's room
Ladybug: Adrien?
Adrien: Ladybug...? What are you doing here?
Ladybug: Marinette has told me about how you're not calling her and not texting her anymore, whats wrong?
Adrien: *sigh* I want Marinette to love me, But ever since she told me about she is in love with Luka, I felt rage. Marinette is important to me, and I'm not gonna let LUKA BREAK OUR FRIENDSHIP!
Ladybug: Calm down!
Adrien: GET OUT OF MY ROOM!
Ladybug: *sigh* Ok... Bye *goes out*
Adrien: *cries* RAGE WHY?!?!?!? WHY DO YO HAVE TO BREAK MY LOVE ONE'S FEELINGS?!?!?
Plagg: I don't know...
(Ok, I changed the start so plz don't be angry, I got a message from @Coding_Storiesand and he said this story doesn't make sense at start so I'am redoing everything again to what the book is about Adrien's Jealous of Luka. So, Hope u like the changes but plz love it <333)
