Chapter 9 Weather Report and Heaven King part 1

The gang landed safely and went to a cafe.

Zeppeli:I'm carters Friend Zeus G. T. Zeppeli but you can call me Zeppeli.
Nina Nina:I'm Nina Nina I'm Zeppeli's fathers friend.
Trish:Well it's nice to meet you.Im Trish Una I'm Carters dads friend.
Carter:Yeah she's like my aunt pretty much!
Trish:Well thank you very much for the fun and help saving the plane,but I have a vacation to attend to.
Zeppeli:We understand have a great trip!
Carter:GoodBye Trish We'll see eachother again sometime soon!
Trish:Goodbye!
Nina Nina:We should get coffee some time.
Trish(smiling):Definitely Bye!

The Gang continues on their voyage to get a boat to sail to Cuba.
Carter:Okay so we'll drive to Port St. Lucie and then sail from there to Cuba!
Zeppeli:Yeah good idea.
Nina Nina:Yeah but first let's get some groceries from the store.
Carter:Yes lets go!

The three went to the store to get food.

Carter thinking to himself "now where is the soup aisle?Suddenly Carter heard yelling.
???:AnnaKiss I told you we can't get frozen pizza!
???:Sorry Irene it just looked really good.
Carter walked around the corner and saw four people standing there.The girl with green,and black hair seemed familiar.The other three didn't seem familiar though.
Carter:excuse me but may I ask who you are?
???:Oh yes sorry for the ruckus I'm Irene and this is my boyfriend AnnaKiss,and these are my best friends Emporio and Momenico succise(Su-chi-Es)
Emporio looked at Carter carefully and then he saw it.Near Carter's neck was a tiny purple star.Emporio got teary eyed.Carter saw Emporio looking him and him getting teary eyed.Carter immediately got suspicious of him but decided not to say anything.
Momenico:Hello
AnnaKiss:Dont be rude Emporio say hi
Emporio:Hi..
Carter:Im Carter Giovanni.
Emporio glanced up excitedly and he thought to himself "maybe there is hope for this world."
Irene:Nice to meet you Carter.
Carter:Likewise
AnnaKiss:Well we got to go..Hope to see you again Carter Giovanni.
Emporio rushes over to Carter
Emporio:You're a Joestar right?!
Carter:Joe-Star?
Emporio it's a great family full of hero's.
Carter:Uh I don't think so My dad Giorno Giovanni was originally a Brando but that's it.
Emporio:B-B-BRANDO?!
Carter:Yeah so?
Emporio:Then you have to be a Joestar I've heard about the family line.That was until the universe reset.
Carter:What do you mean?
Emporio:I'll tell you the full story.
Emporio explains what happened at the prison and their story and how Pucci reset the universe.

Carter:you must be so lost and confused...I'll find a way to help you.So that means me and Dad are the only Joestars left.
Emporio:Yeah it seems that way.
Carter:You can come with us if you want :)
Emporio:I will let me tell Irene

So Emporio told Irene about the adventure he was going with Carter and the four set off towards Cuba.
(On the boat)
Zeppeli:I can finally work on my tan!
Nina Nina:I bet I could get tanner than you first!
Zeppeli:Your on!
Carter:So Emporio what am I like in the base universe?
Emporio:Hmm I don't know I never met Giorno and I don't think he had a son at the time.
Carter:oh ok...anyways do you have a stand?
Emporio:Well it isn't exactly mine..
Carter:You stole it?
Emporio:I didn't steal it,I held onto it.
Carter:may I ask who's it is?
Emporio:This is weather report/heavy weather and the stand user was weather report.
Carter:uh-never mind.
Emporio:His brother killed him Enrico Pucci...I grabbed weather's stand disc and kept it until pucci attacked me.I had to use it to defend me.
Carter(with a frown):I'm so sorry for your loss.

Emporio:Yeah I miss weather..but I have you to help me.
Carter:yeah....
Carter looked into the sea confused.Carter thought to himself"I don't know if I can help him but I gotta try".
Zeppeli walked over to Carter and smacked him on the shoulder
Carter:Oww
Zeppeli:You seem tense cmon relax a little..
Carter:Fine!
Nina Nina:I'll be going down deck
Zeppeli & Carter:Yes Nina Nina!
Emporio grabbed a soda and sat near Carter.
Zeppeli:JoGio watch this!
Zeppeli used Zeus A1 to make a mini cloud statue of Carter
Emporio:Woah that looks just like him!
Zeppeli with a grin:I'm the master!

Carter and Emporio went to the top to watch their route and the ship's progress.
When they went back down where they last saw Zeppeli they saw a painting.Carter stayed calm because Zeppeli could've just made art with the clouds.
Emporio:Zeppeli?!
Carter:Shhh-Do you hear that?
The boat was making a creaking noise.
Emporio:I don't hear anything?
Carter:Shhh
Emporio:What is I-
Carter puts his hand over Emporios mouth.
Carter looked around the boat searching for something.
Emporio glanced and saw a pen falling to the ground.
Emporio in thought:A pen?
Suddenly when the pen hit the ground it was super loud hurting emporio and carters ears

Carter:What was that?!
Emporio:It was a pen.
Carter confused:A pen?
Emporio nodded vigorously
Carter:Shh...
The two sat in silence.
And just like that the floor that Carter and Emporio turned to paint.

Carter:ugh!This is ruining my outfit.
Emporio:Carter!That isn't important right now!
Carter:tch.Everyones a critic.
Emporio glanced around looking for someone or something.
Carter:It must be a stand attack.

Carter stood there in the paint and in a flash of light Heaven King stood behind him.The paint around Carter's feet started to bubble,the popping sounds being unbearably high.

Carter blinked and his left hand was turned to paint and fell to the floor.
Carter stared in shock unable to move.
Emporio glanced at his ally,he shook his head.

Emporio:Weather Report.
