The Rise of the Dragon Kings

Xander and Draco disembark the Island of Rare Animals and headed out to their next destination after Xander made his farewells and gathered his belongings. "Where to Captain?," asked Xander, "Next destination Warship Island! We need a proper ship and a Shipwright if we are gonna have a decent crew," said Draco. So that's where they set sail for Warship Island the legendary island shaped like a warship that is home to the Millennial Dragons. 2 weeks later they finally arrived. They docked their small ship at the port and got off onto the dry land. "Let's go into town and look for the local mechanic and ask if he knows anything about ships," said Draco. Xander nodded currently in his normal full human form. They walked into the town they were welcomed by a huge crowd of people led by a young woman. "Welcome travelers to Warship Island. My name is Apis I am the elder of this village and guardian of the Millennial Dragons. I notice you fly a pirate flag but, your overall impressions don't strike me as the type to be here for the legendary elixir that grants eternal life," said Lapis. "I promise you my Captain here and I have no desire to harm anyone or anything for any reason other than survival and to protect others," said Xander. Draco nodded in agreement, "Good because we need your help we have a problem," said Lapis. Xander and Draco looked at each other and then nodded, "Whatever you need the Dragon Kings are at your service," said Draco. Lapis guided them to her home and they sat down while she made them pork buns for their meal. After completing the preparation of the meal and sitting down and dishing up, Lapis began to explain the islands plight.
    "We have been plagued with countless people trying to retrieve the elixir by slaying the legendary Millennial Dragons that inhabit this island. I have been watching over this island being that I am the only one able to communicate with them. When I was a young girl I ate the Whisper Whisper Fruit and ever since I am able to speak with animals. Over the years I have been the only one then we received help from the Straw Hats while I was still young. After that we still received trouble but, the Millennial Dragons had been reborn and we were able to defend for awhile. Now, they are beginning to dwindle in number. I am not a warrior, the Straw Hats returned 15 years ago and dropped off a young boy along with their shipwright, Franky. About 6 years ago the Straw Hats returned and Franky left. We don't know where the other boy is now. That same boy must be about your age now but, we haven't been attacked since. However, now we have an entire fleet of Marine vessels located on the other side of the island about 1 week away. We have identified the Fleet Admiral as All-Hunt Grount. He is very formidable with his fleet of 30 ships," said Lapis as she finished explaining. Draco and Xander looked at each other and laughed. "30 ships? That's it and you not only have 2 people chosen and trained by the Straw Hats but, there is another one here on the island. Trained by Franky nonetheless we will make short work of them," said Draco. "Do you have even a vague idea where this other man is who was here with Franky?," asked Xander.
Lapis smiled and nodded, "I thought you would ask that we actually have tracked him down. He is located on the north side of the island hidden in the caves at the foot of the mountain. His name is Angelo Questria he is a very solitary individual. I wish you the best of luck in getting him to agree to help," said Lapis. They thanked Lapis for the meal and left to find Angelo after a day of searching for the entry to the cave they finally found it. They scoped the area and looked for any form of preemptive defenses. "There, along the caves edge I see canons and rifles trained on the outer edge of the forest surrounding the cave. They must be triggered by trip wire or something. If he has that kind of security just on the outside what does he have on the inside?," asked Draco. "Luckily, you have an expert in ninjitsu on your crew," said Xander as he transformed into his Ninjitsu Break form. Xander quickly in a overwhelming sense of speed disarmed all the traps trained on the outside of the cave. After doing so he motioned Draco to follow him into the cave as he continued to disarm all the traps till they arrived. A man standing no more than 5 feet 10 inches tall stood at a desk with screens surrounding him. "Uh hem," said Xander announcing their presence. In an overwhelming sense of speed he went from wearing shorts and a tank top to wearing a full suit of armor with a shining blue and red light that seemed to be charging a beam  of some sort pointed right at them. "Who are you? And how did you get in here?," said the armored man. They both raised their hands showing that they have no desire to harm him. "I am Xander Bale. The student of Tony Chopper," said Xander. "I am Draco Fang. The chosen successor of Monkey D. Luffy the King of the Pirates, and student of Roronoa Zoro," said Draco.
The armored man lowed his guard and his helmet opened up autonomously revealing his face. "I am Angelo Questria master engineer and student of Franky," said Angelo. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Franky said I should be expecting you in the future. I have a surprise waiting for you. Our ship is fully built and ready to disembark," said Angelo as he took off his armor. "Wait, you have been expecting us?," asked Xander. "Yes I have been building new armor and slowly designing and building the ship including all the bells and whistles. All while also defending this island from anyone who seek the elixir of life from the Millenial Dragons," said Angelo. "I have created an autonomous model of my armor that will defend the island in my stead after we have left," said Angelo. "Wow that amazing but, can it defend against a Fleet Admiral that commands 30 ships? Because that's what is on its way now," said Draco. Angelo nodded and smiled, "I apologize did I make it seem as though I only had one set of armor programmed to work autonomously? I have made 1000 that have been programmed to patrol the islands edge," said Angelo. "Well, then I guess we have nothing to worry about," said Xander as he laughed. "They may not be able to mimic Haki but, they are able to mimic Rokushiki completely in its entirety. They are able to fight in the sky, on land, as well as under water. They are made specifically to combat Devil Fruit and Haki users," said Angelo as he explained their capabilities. "Well, if you don't mind showing us them in action after we get onto the ship," said Draco.
"We need to make Lapis aware as well Captain so that she knows we aren't leaving her high and dry," said Xander. Draco nodded in agreement, "Angelo, do you have a transponder snail? I will need to borrow it," said Draco. Angelo nodded and gestured towards the transponder snail. Draco contacted Lapis and made her aware of the situation then hung up. "Let's go men," said Draco. Angelo packed up his suits he was taking and all of his other belongings then guided us to where he had the our new ship docked. Once we arrived to the dock he pulled out a laptop like device and typed in some information. We looked in the sky and saw all the automated suits fly and disperse around the north side of the island. "Ok everything's ready to go allow me to show you around the ship," said Angelo. We climbed onto the ship and began our tour. "It's no Thousand Sunny but, I followed your progress of your training and your exploits. I patterned it after the beast you have on your flag. I call it the Sky God. It's the first ever all terrain ship. It goes over land, sea, underwater, it can even fly. I also have drawn up schematics for suits for each of you to be able to wear to fight underwater being that you are devil fruit users I still simply need to adjust the plans to accommodate your fighting styles as well as abilities that I wasn't able to gather data on previously," said Angelo as he guided us through.
    "I have a workshop on the lower deck that's installed with all the latest equipment even some I designed and created myself for both building my suits and creating, upgrading, and repairing weapons and other equipment we may need. Of course we have a state of the art kitchen, a navigators quarters, infirmary, artillery room, and living quarters for all 10 of us. Can't forget the fully operational cannons and other defenses as well," said Angelo as he wrapped up the tour. Xander and Draco stood there astounded at the beauty of the Sky God. "We couldn't have asked for a better ship let alone shipwright," said Draco as he walked up to Angelo and reached out his hand. They grabbed each others forearms firmly simultaneously, "I wouldn't skimp for the next King of the Pirates, Captain," said Angelo as he smiled. "Let's take care of those Marines first then we will talk about where to go next," said Xander. Angelo nodded and smiled, "piece of cake I will deploy them now and we can watch the fireworks," said Angelo as he pulled his laptop out and entered in some commands. The suits flew out to meet the oncoming ships that we could now see on the horizon. "Sir incoming flyers potentially hostile directly ahead," said a marine on the main flagship. "What are they marine?!," asked All Hunt, "They seem to be some kind armored people approximately 1000 of them flying right for us," said one of the marines. "1000 armored people flying? It can't be the rumors were true. Turn around men now! Turn around! Signal the other ships to turn around," said All Hunt in fear. The marines scrambled in disarray signaled the other ships and began to turn around in retreat but, not before losing 15 of the ships to oncoming attacks from the automated suits. Angelo programmed the suits to return and assume original programming to defend the island from any threats to the people or the dragons.
    "Well done my friend I dare say well done," said Draco as he laughed. "Let's go to our next destination to pick up the next member of our crew. We need at least 3 more of our crew before we enter the Grand Line. We need an expert navigator, a cook, and a doctor if we are gonna have any chance of surviving on the Grand Line," said Draco. Angelo and Xander nodded in agreement. "If you don't mind me suggesting our next stop sir, we aren't to far from the current location of the floating restaurant Baratie. The cook trained by Sanji Vinsmoke himself is currently there as the Head Chef," said Angelo. "Sounds perfect next stop the Baratie," said Draco.
