Hey guys sorry for the lack of updates I'm in a really bad state of mind and cant think straight i haven't been sleeping,eating,and drinking since june 30th and I I've been on the verge of cutting myself again like I did before (I've been clean for 5 months now) so it might be awhile for me to update
