"Serve this to table eight please. " Jihoon says to his workmate who obliges wordless. He's used to him not uttering a single word, if it's needed he'll speak.
Jihoon wipe the counter top as he wait for another person to order. As the fresh aroma of coffee lingers inside the cafe, teasing the noses of the people who enters the door.
The small guy tried to busy himself with rearranging the cakes on their places, the glass cups and fix his uniform multiple times, still he's bored. Waiting for the chimes at the top of the glass door to ring is a long wait.
Jihoon sighs in contentment and look up at the side to look at some shows from the television. He's somewhat thankful that the cafe isn't pack, considering that it's Sunday.
"I'm tired. " He mutter under his breath, it's true that he's tired. Mentally, physically and mostly emotionally. Living a life without someone to lean on is indeed so tiring. Having to live your life alone with just a couple few friends is somewhat saddening. He can't lean on his friends all the time, they have their own lives which leads him to make decisions for his life alone– for Pete's sake he's now a grown up but still needs someone's confirmation on doing this or doing that. Growing up with a overprotective family made him like that.
Besides almost all of them left him with the almost same darn reason.
Jihoon yawns a little and took the stool out below the counter and sat on their with his elbows resting on the top with his hands using as a support for his face.
He was about to fall asleep from the heavy drops of rain when suddenly, the chimes on the door rang. Meaning to say that someone entered the cafe.
Jihoon lightly groan as he lift his head up and make himself presentable to the person.
And how he almost regret living in a world called Earth.
A tall male with squinted eyes enters a cheap looking cafe wearing an expensive button up white long sleeve that seemingly fit his well built body, shoes looks more expensive than his own current work cafe clothes. His hair neatly done with his the loosely done.
"Hi Jihoonie! "
Right, everyone might left him. But not this one. He's more on persistent on having Jihoon close to him. Which Jihoon doesn't like, he would probably love it more when he move put of his problematic life.
"Let's have a date fiance! "
Kwon Soonyoung, the young CEO of Horang Enterprise. Jihoon's annoying childhood frenemy. And till now, they are frenemies.
Jihoon roll his eyes out of annoyance.
"Don't you have meetings to attend or something? "Soonyoung shrugs his shoulders and grin widely. "Well it's been weeks since I last hang out with sooo I cleared my schedule to make up to my fiance! " Soonyoung exclaimed with an enthusiastic voice earning a few curious look from the people who is inside the cafe.
The younger only face palm and heave a heavy sigh.
"How many times do I have to tell you that you are not my fiance nor I am yours. "Soonyoung pouted but then giggle afterwards. "No, you're my fiance. You told it yourself sooo "
If only there are no bodyguards by the door guarding the young CEO's safety , he would already smack soonyoung's face with full force.
"So our date? " Soonyoung once again persuade the younger.
"It's raining heavily outside Soonyoung. " Jihoon reason out and unconsciously bit his lower lip, it's his habit when he's stressed or annoyed. "And you're holding up the line! "
Soonyoung looked back and chuckle. "Nice reason, but there's no one behind me. "
Jihoon groan loudly, they're making a whole scene. Almost everyone's attention are diverted to them.
As he was about to shoo off the older, Soonyoung immediately spoke up.
"I already talked to your manager to give you a three days leave. Let's go!! " Soonyoung beam and went behind the counter to drag the younger on the staffs room.
"Soons you're not allowed here–"
"Shut that pretty lips of yours or I'll make you shut up. " Soonyoung warned. Jihoon only look away from him as he was giving him some intimidating look.
"Anyways, wear this! " The older handed him a paper bag, which contains some expensive clothes that cost much more than his electrical bills.
"No I can't wear these–"
"Stop declining my love for you! " Soonyoung whines, jihoon could only sigh in defeat and went inside the locker.
There, he change his work clothes to the clothes that Soonyoung bought for him. And hell the price tags are still on them and the amount of numbers that is on them made his eyes wide.
"Jihoonie are you done?? "
Soonyoung sweet voice called out for Jihoon. The younger decided to not answer and fix his things on his bag.
Once he went out of the locker room. Soonyoung's smiles widen and hook his arms around Jihoon's waist.
"You're so pretty. " Soonyoung whispers on the yoonger's ears which made jihoon shiver.
"Stop that and let's get this done. " Jihoon's bored tone lingers in soonyoung's ears which made him smile. "Kiss me first and we'll get going. " Soonyoung teases.
Jihoon lift his fist on soonyoung's face which the older held with his free hands and kiss his knuckles.
"You're still shy? I'm your fiance, jagi." Jihoon blush at the nickname and jab soonyoung's side which startles the older.
"Jagi why are you so brutal to me! " Soonyoung fake cry as he lead their way out of the locker room to the cafe, he took the bag of his fiance and handed it to one of his bodyguard.
As they reach the car, one of his other bodyguard open the door for them as he let jihoon first.
And that ladies and gents is jihoon's persistent frenemy– fiance, Kwon Soonyoung.
