The sound of your voice
It's sweeter than any melody I've ever heard
It's so soft even if it can't be touched
It makes me gasp for air
while butterflies flutter in my tummy
everything becomes still like time was somehow frozen
every second can be felt as my heart beats like hell
Your voice becomes faint when my heartbeat rises above your amplitude range
But I still listen with all my might
For the surrounding is still
And this is the best twilight
I couldnt remember ever feeling so thrilled
The inside of my neck drew tight
My voice became feeble
there was no air
It was like a painless strangle
But I loved feeling this way
Everything I despised suddenly became beautiful
What was this strange magic?
It was the most rare and peculiar thing to have ever happend to me
Was this love?
Strange how people never described it as such..
I became addicted to a voice I barely ever heard
without it my soul could no longer find peace
