Our pack consists of the strongest of Warriors and is blessed with Healers, so that makes us important in the werewolf world.
Whenever there is a threat from rogues, other packs come to us in order to unite our allies, so that our warriors will fight for them, if war is initiated.
If someone is trapped in some kind of black magic or injured due to attack, they come to us, because we are one of those few packs who have been blessed by the Moon Goddess with Healers. Healers are special kind of werewolves, who can heal any kind of injury as well as break any kind of spell with the help of their powers.
I made it to college in time; my class starts at 8.10am and ends at around 3.40pm, being the most late. I park my car in the parking space and make it towards the entrance, to my friends. Its 8.02 am, so we still have 8 minutes before class starts.
I see them standing at their usual spot, by the lockers. Matt, Rose, Caleb and Ryan are standing there, waiting for me. Ryan sees me first and tells everyone. As soon as I reach them, Caleb says, "Finally the warrior princess arrives."
I just shake my head and nudge him around with my shoulder and ask, "Awww was the chipmunk missing me?"
He puts his tongue out to tease me and that's when my best friend jumps on me, "Bella, Come on. Let's Go. New Year, New Beginnings"
I just enjoy her embrace and reply, "Oh my god Rose, You are going to choke me to death someday and by the way, what's so new about this year?"
She wiggles her eyebrows and continues, "MATE."
"What the actual fuck? All this time, I thought, Matt was your mate" I reply sarcastically.
Ryan and Caleb look at Matt and end up laughing like mad men, Matt looks at me, bewildered a little at my comment and says hastily, "Hey, I am her Mate."
I just couldn't hold it any longer and end up laughing with the guys at Matt's and Rose's expression. Ryan pulls me towards him and we move towards our class.
