Lilly's POV
"Nick Jonas, that's awesome. When do you want to start producing?" I asked.
"Can we start ASAP." He said.
"We can start later on today, around 3. Whatever is a good time for you." I said
"Sounds great, I'll see you later." he said while winking at me.
I just nodded and gave him a thumbs up.
It was already time for break, and I was hungry.
I got my purse and keys. The walked off towards the elevator.
"Hey! Ms. Woods where are you heading to?" Daniel asked.
"Well, to lunch. I'm hungry." I said.
"Actually come to the cafeteria." Daniel said.
"Oh okay?" I said confused.
Why did he want me to go to the cafeteria?
"Congrats!!!!" Everyone yelled.
"What is this?" I asked.
"It's a little lunch thing we prepared. It was your father's idea. He said once she gets her first client, throw her a little surprise." Daniel said.
"Oh uh, thanks. Is there any food, I'm hungry."I said.
"Yeah, here is some subway. Tuna sandwich with spinach, lettuce, jalapeño, tomato, and cucumbers. Here's your water. There is some donuts, granola and yogurt over there." Daniel said.
"How'd you know I like my sandwiches like this?" I said.
"Your father. He delivered everything here." He said.
"Awesome sauce, Daniel. Sit by the way, let's get to know each other. And tell me everything about who works here." I said.
"Oh okay. Thanks by the way. So I'm Daniel your assistant. That over there is Janice, Candice, Logan. They are my friends. Janice and Candice are twins, Logan is my brother from anotha mothaaa!" He said.
"Cool, I just want to get to know everyone because I just moved here yesterday. To California." I said.
"Yeah, I can tell by your beautiful English accent." He said.
"Why thank you. Okay who is that man over there?" I said
"Oh he is Jackson. He is the mail delivery guy. He is a hunk as all these girls here drool over." He said.
"Well come on. He is. I would do the same, if I wanted but I don't." I said.
"Let me guess you have a boyfriend." He asked.
"Well I did, a couple months ago. I'm barely getting over him though. I miss him too. He does too." I said.
"Oh wait I remember you, your the girl who went out with that one direction dude." He said.
"Yeah. But I need to get over him." I said.
"Why?" He asked.
"You don't see the papers, magazines? I was threatened by his ex, got shot by her, and she also threaten my family. So we broke up for everyone's safety." I said.
"She shot you? Really! That's scary. Dude you need a body guard." Daniel said.
"I had one, but I don't know. Its not like she knows where I live now." I said
"You'll find a boyfriend again. I believe ." He said.
Wow.
I left the cafeteria and went back to my office. I printed out the contract, signed my name and initials.
