Yoojung opens the front door and her heart drops.
"Hi, mom," Jungkook gives her a small smile. "May I come in?"
"Of course, honey," She nods, moving out of the way. She closes the door and turns to her son. "I've missed you, my darling."
"I have too," He replies. "I came to talk to both you and dad. Is he here?"
"Yes. He's in his office telling Jungsoo the truth about, well..."
"Oh," Jungkook says. "Well, I'll wait till they're done."
"Are you hungry? I made Dak-galbi for dinner. You should stay," Yoojung smiles warmly. "Your brother is joining us."
"I don't know... Jungsoo and I aren't on the best terms."
"Please, Kookie?"
Jungkook could see the suffering in his mother's eyes. She felt helpless as she stood by and watched her family fall apart.

The family of four sit awkwardly around the table. Jungsoo, still shocked about the truth, picks at his food while Yoojung and Beomsoo eat silently. Jungkook's food remained untouched. The last thing he was thinking about was eating.

The boys look up at their worried mother and comply, bringing small portions of food into their mouths.
Jungkook clears his throat, "I have some news I want to share with all of you."
"Go ahead, son," Beomsoo speaks.
"Well, um," Jungkook sets his chopsticks down. "I'm getting married."
As soon as the words leave his lips, Yoojung starts choking on her water. Beomsoo leans over, patting her back.
"You're what?!" She practically shouts after calming down.
"Yeah. I asked my girlfriend to marry me and she said yes."
"Who is she? Do we know her?" Beomsoo inquires. "You didn't even tell us you had a girlfriend!"
"It's Y/N. You guys have met her before."
Jungsoo's eyes widen even more at the mention of your name.
