The Shape Shifter

                                                                                       Part 1

 Once upon a time there were a couple of friends that lived in a neighborhood together. Their names were Nick, Phil, and John. They were getting ready for a sleepover at Nicks because his parents were laid back and didn't care what they did. During the sleepover they played games until Nick's parents were asleep.

After his parents were asleep they decided to go into the woods in the backyard. When they were about to go out Nick's younger brother asked him if he could go as well and wouldn't be annoying. "Ok Tommy you can go with us if you don't be dumb." Nick sighed. They walked into the woods and made a campfire and told spooky stories. Tommy was getting scared so they decided to head back to Nick's house. They were walking for a while when Phil said "We didn't walk that far into the woods, why are we still here?"

Suddenly, they heard a growl that sounded like a bear, lizard, lion combined. They started to run, John and Phil ran together and Nick and Tommy ran together because brothers are supposed to look after each other. As John and Phil were running they lost each other.

John was running for his life when he came upon a maze. He couldn't hear the growl anymore. He entered the maze scared and wanted to go home. The maze got darker and darker, which freaked out John more and more. He came to a pause when heard something around the corner of the maze

Cut to Phil. Phil was running for his life as well and he wanted to just get out of the woods. When suddenly, he heard footsteps behind. He turned around and saw no one there. He ran some more, the same sound was still there, but still no one was there. He suddenly fell into a hole and sat down hopeless. He was rocking back and forth crying.

Cut to Nick and Tommy. As they were running they came across a vacant cabin. They entered the cabin and everything was unlocked with no lights except one room. They decided to go to sleep. Later that night Tommy woke and went up the stairs where the light was his curiosity came over him and entered the room.

Cut to John. John ran the opposite way of the sound and found himself out of the maze. He ran and ran. He stopped every so often to catch his breath. He ran for about an hour. He stopped and looked around somehow he was at the exit of the maze again. When he was about to run again a spiky tail impaled him right through the heart and pulled him back into the maze.

Cut to Phil. He was still crying when a rope fell. He became happy because there was somebody here to rescue him. He climbed the rope and looked around for the person who saved him. He got scared so he ran more then he heard the footsteps right behind him. He turned around and saw a hooded figure. The hooded figure captured Phil and disemboweled him alive and ate him.

Cut to Nick and Tommy. Tommy started to scream as the door shut behind him. This woke up Nick and he ran up the stairs to help Tommy, but the door handle was gone. The screams intensified and then the light faded. The door swung open and Tommy walked and asked "Why is it dark nick?" Nick looked at Tommy in sadness. Tommy's eyes were ripped out. Nick decided to leave the cabin with Tommy by his side. Tommy kept hitting trees so Nick decided to put Tommy on his back and ran. Finally they came to a road and stopped a passing car. The car's driver opened the window and said. "What are you two doing out here all by yourself. Do you need a ride home?" They nodded in yes we do. They hopped in the car and over time the driver's appearance changed from a lawyer into a bear, lion, lizard thing and it said. "Don't struggle, it will only make things worse." 

                                                                 Part 2 Chap 1

The next morning the parents were in distress because they couldn't find there kids. They watched the security camera footage to see where there kids went. They saw them walk in the woods around when they went to bed. "Marcy why would Nick and Tommy go into the woods?" Ruth asked. "Same with your's Maggie?" "I don't know why John would go into the woods he has major allergies" Maggie said. "We just have to find them."
