Khushi is an orphan who grew up in an orphanage in Mumbai. She made herself independent and is very proud of her. But at the same she wants to do something to that person who had helped her in life by giving her scholarship for studies.Now she is out of the orphanage and living on her own in Mumbai. At present she is working in a college as professor.
Arnav is also an orphan. Though Arnav owns so much properties and companies but his life is empty with no happiness.he is craving for love. But at the same time he is also apprehensive because he want someone who will not love his money but him. Arnav visits orphanage every weekend to spend his day with the kids over there.
After getting the details of the sponsor , khushi goes to meet him. She enters ARNAV designs and greets the receptionist.
Khushi: Hello my name is khushi, I'm here to meet Mr Arnav
Reception: Hello Ms Khushi, have you got an appointment to meet sir?
Khushi: No
Receptionist: Can you tell me the purpose of your visit? So that I can ask sir if I can send you
Khushi: Ya sure...tell him I'm here to meet regarding the orphanage.
Receptionist: Ok, please wait
Receptionist then connects the call to Arnav's cabin.
Arnav: Yes
Receptionist: Sir Ms Khushi is here to meet you regarding the orphanage
Arnav: Ok send her in after 5mins
Send a black coffee to my cabin
Receptionist: Ok sir
The receptionist sends Khushi to Arnav's cabin after 5 mins.
Khushi Knocks on the door.
Arnav: Come in
Khushi enters and sees Arnav sitting in his chair with his back facing her.
Khushi: Good morning sir
Arnav then turns on his seat facing her.
Arnav: Good morning Ms Khushi
Please take your seat.
Khushi: Thank you
Arnav: What would you like to have?
Khushi: Black coffee would do
Arnav: Ok. (On call) send 2 black coffee to my cabin
Arnav: So tell me Ms Khushi
Khushi: Sir actually I'm here to thank you
Arnav: Me?? but why
Khushi: Sir actually I have been staying in the FLOWER ORPHANAGE
I was there from my 8 years of age after my parents passed away in an accident and my relatives didn't wanted to take care of me. So they had sent me to orphanage. From that day I had always wanted to stand up on my own legs. By then no one was ready to help me. That time only from nowhere we got an envelope saying that you wanted to bear the expenses of one person's study. With that money I studied hard sir. I got gold medal in Business Management and now I'm working as a professor for MBA students in a prestigious college with good salary sir. I wanted to do something for the person who had helped me. So here I'm wanting to gift you something with my first month salary sir.
Arnav was amazed. Can people like her also exist in this world? Actually she was the first person whom he had helped. After his parents death around his 14 years, he had no one except for his grandfather. He made him study further with the money his parents had left behind. He studied hard and built this company. But during UG days I used to do partime job. And I thought one day that I'm lucky that I had money which my parents had left behind, but someone will not have this also. So wanted to help them with my partime job money.
Arnav: Ms Khushi I really appreciate your thoughts. But still I can't accept any gift from you. I didn't do this expecting anything in return. Eventhough I helped you in someway, but it was your efforts which had made you in this position today. But still if you want me to accept your gift, please bear the expenses of someone who wants to achieve in their life like you
Khushi: I'm really speechless sir. Ok sir It would be wise that I will also help someone.
Arnav: But Khushi I want a help from you .
Khushi: Yes sir
Arnav: If you are free tomorrow, please come and meet me with your résumé.
Khushi: But why sir
Arnav: Just to see your achievements
Khushi: I thought you would ask for it...so I have already got it with me
She give her file to Arnav.
Arnav gets Impressed with her achievements. He has something in his mind, but don't know whether she will accept.
Arnav: Ms Khushi I'm very happy with your achievements. But would like to join my company as senior accounts officer
Khushi: It would be my honour to work in this company sir....I accept it sir
Arnav: Good...Arnav gets up from his seat and forwards his hand for a handshake.... WELCOME TO ARNAV DESIGNS Ms khushi
Khushi also gets up and shakes his hand with her. Thank you sir
Days pass with Khushi and Arnav becoming friends and both of them meeting in the orphanage on weekends. Khushi was happy with her life. She had never thought she would get a friend in the form of Arnav. She also came to know that he also doesn't have anyone as his grandfather had passed away 2 years back. And also his achievements in life made her amazed.
Then one Saturday they as usual came to the orphanage. The Mother informed to them a child has been brought today.
When they both went to meet the baby, they were very much disturbed. It was a 5 days old baby. The mother had dropped the near the entrance and gone as it was a girl baby and her family were against it. Seriously even today it happens in many families, who thinks girl baby as a burden and doesn't want them. It is really saddening. But they will a women to get married to them, their siblings and their children. How pathetic!!
Khushi was very much disturbed with this. She asked mother whether she can adopt this baby. Mother informed that she can. Khushi adopted the baby.
After 2 days Arnav went to Khushi's home to see the baby.
Arnav: Khushi I want to speak with you.
Khushi: Yes Arnav
Khushi was holding the baby in her arms. Arnav kneeled down Infront of her.
Arnav: Khushi I had always dreamt of having a family to share my life with.
If you both are okay can you guys share your life with me?
It was nothing like a love proposal but a proposal which touched Khushi's 💓. So that's how they became Mrs Khushi Arnav and Ms Ulka Khushi Arnav....
And they lived happily
