We walked into the doctors office, the smell of the place filling my nostrils. I wrinkled my nose at the foul smell.

I hate the way these places smell.

I took a seat in one of the brown chairs in the waiting room. Mother had to fill out all my paperwork and stuff before the doctor could see me.

She filled all of the forms and stuff out and took a seat beside me. I sat there in the waiting room, my leg shaking up and down quickly as I picked at my nails.

"Rosemary Neil?"

I looked up at the mention of my name and saw a short woman standing in the doorway, smiling.

I stood from my seat, flattening my dress out as I walked towards her, mother hot on my trail. I rolled my eyes, turning to my mother.

"I'm a big girl. You don't need to follow me," I said. Mother ignored me and kept walking.

As we got closer to the designated area, the nurse turned to mother and I.

"The doctor you asked for is not here. She's on vacation. So you'll have Dr. Tomlinson," she explained as she stopped in front of a door, "and he'll take good care of you."

My heart stopped.

He.

"Um... I-I don't want to do this if... if its not a woman," I stuttered.

"Rose, you need to be checked out. I'm not going sit there and listen to your complaints anymore," mother yelled.

I frowned. The nurse led to a room, opening the door.

"Have a seat on the bed. Dr. Tomlinson will see you shortly," the nurse said. I nodded, sitting on the bed. Of course mother had tj be in here too. But I was surely kicking her out before he started the exam.

"Why must you always have an attitude with me, Rosemary?"

I looked at mother. "I don't have an attitude," I thought, "you're always in my business."

"I don't," I answered back simply.

Before mother could open her mouth to say anything, a man walked in.

"Rosemary Neil?" He asked, smiling. I nodded, not really trusting my voice. He walked into the room, closing the door and taking a seat at the desk.

He looked through my file, humming every once in a while.

"Okay, Rosemary. What seems to be the problem?" He questions, rolling his chair to sit directly in front of me.

"Mother. Out,'' I said, pointing to the door. She looked shocked at first. Then she laughed. ''I'm not leaving,'' she said. "Then I'm not getting this exam done," I challenged back.

"Excuse me, miss. I think it'd be better if you left the room," Dr. Tomlinson persuaded, "it makes some girls nervous with other people in the room while getting this done."

Mother sighs and walks out the door. I shift uncomfortably as he closed the door. He sat back down in his chair.

"Now, tell me. What seems to be the problem?"

I shifted my body again before speaking.

"Well, I... I've been having a lot of pain in my lower stomach area and sometimes it hurts... down there," I explain, Dr. Tomlinson nodding.

"Well, Rosemary-"

"Rose." I say.

"I beg your pardon?"

"C-call me Rose," I tell him.

He nods slowly before going on with what he was saying before I cut him off.

"Well, Rose. I'm going to have you change into a gown and then we'll get you all checked out. Okay, sweetheart?"

I nodded. He grabbed a gown out of the cabinet and handed it to me.

"Take off all of your clothes and put this on," he said, almost sounding seductive, "and tell me when you're decent,'' he said, leaving the room.

I removed my black combat boots, followed by my black fish net stockings. I then removed my white dress, leaving me to stand in my bra and panties. I unhooked my bra, laying it with my dress and stockings. I hooked my fingers into my panties, putting them with my pile of clothes.

I then put the gown on. Then, making sure I was fully covered, I walked to the door, peeking my head out and speaking.

"Um, you can come in, Doctor," I whispered. He turned and smiled and walked back into the room.

"Get on the bed and lay back."

I nodded and got onto the bed, laying on my back.

"Okay. Now you need to spread your legs for me, princess," he said.

Princess.

I spread my legs and he lifted the gown, licking his lips.

"First," he says, "we're going to test your reflexes."
