Kaleah's pov-
As my alarm went off i rolled out of bed and did my hygiene thing. The usual brushing my teeth and washing my face after my shower. When I completed those steps i lotions my body and threw my hair up into a neat bun. I put on my under garments and put on acid washed skinny jeans with a half shirt that said love in cursive across it. I slipped in my all black vans to match.
By now it's only 6:45 and I have only 15 minutes before school starts so I decide to drive to McDonald's and get breakfast.
***********
"Thank you, come again soon." The drive thru lady said.
"Will do, bye bye." I waved goodbye to her.
6:55 a.m.
Damn it, I'm going to be late, I mentally cursed myself. I drove as fast i as I could without getting a ticket to school and managed to get the by 6:58. Yeees, total of two minutes left to get to class. I grabbed my food and backpack and locked my doors. Don't nobody got time for cars to be stolen out the school parking lot.
I ran to my class before the bell rang and only a handful of people were in class, I wouldn't stress so hard about being on time if I was ever late. I wasn't. Perfect record.
Damn it. I forgot about the new kid. But before I could get mad at myself a tall, light-skin dude with a curly fade walked in holding a schedule. He wore tan cargos, a Chicago Bulls jersey with red roshes. He was fly and fine. Yes lawd.
I was called out of my thought by the teacher calling my name and telling me to raise my hand so he can sit next to me.
I slowly raises my hand with my cheeks slightly red.
"Okay Kelvin, go sit next to Kaleah." Mrs. Knowles said.
"Will do." He smirked.
Yes lawd, that sexy smirk. I want to kiss it right off his face, I also felt relieved because he is the boy I am supposed to be helping find his classes.
Throughout the whole class Kelvin would find reasons to talk to me. He would ask for a pencil, for paper, ask what the teacher was talking about, or straight up ask for my number.
I reached in my backpack and pulled out a folder filled with paper, I quickly grabbed a pen to write down my number on a piece of paper. I turned around slightly to hand it to him.
He took a glance at the paper. "Thanks ma." He put on that sexy smirk again.
I rolled my eyes. "My name isn't 'ma', it's Kaleah."
"Aight Kaleah, how about we hang out this weekend. We can go to the falls."
"The falls? What's that?" I questioned with a head tilt.
"I'll just have to show you." He winked.
I can tell already, he's a bad boy.
