•Dejuanes POV

That whole night I didn't sleep. What if I did have a kid? I just kept overthinking everything (mood). "Dejuane you have to get up eventually" Derek said. I continued to lay on my back and look at the ceiling.

I just sighed."No" I said to him dully. I got a notification on my phone. I picked it up quickly to see if it was what I was waiting for. Sadly, it wasn't. I just sighed and put my phone back to where it originally was.

This whole night I have been waiting for a response from Jessica."Come on Dejuane lets do something. I'm bored. What did you do for fun here before you left?" Kobe asked me. "I would usually go eat out with Jessica and then we would go to the mall to shop around for a little bit" I said to them.

"Did you guys spend everyday together?" Kobe asked me. "Yeah. There wasn't one day I didn't spend with Jessica" I said. I sighed remembering the memories. What would happen if I didn't leave? I always ask myself. How different would things be?

"Well it's settled. We're gonna go eat out and then we are gonna go to the mall. Now get up and get ready" Derek said as he slapped the back of my head. I just sighed and sat up. "Fine" I said. I got up and went to my drawers that had my clothes.

I grabbed some jeans and a black short sleeve. I walked out of my room and went to the bathroom. "And hurry up because we have to shower too!" Kobe yelled. I just turned around and gave him a thumbs up with a nod.

I took about a 10 minute shower. I walked back into my room too see Derek and Kobe laying on my bed on their phones. I expected that.  "Who's next?" I asked them. "I'll go" Derek said.

He went to his room to get clothes, grabbed some, and then walked out.Derek and Kobe are staying at my house for awhile. We have 2 guest rooms so they sleep in those. They have everything they brought with them which was basically their whole house. They are staying here until Kobe can find a apartment for them to live in.

After Derek showered Kobe went in to shower. After we all showered Kobe grabbed his keys from the desk that was by my bed. We went downstairs and grabbed our shoes from the shoe rack. We put them on and the opened the front door.We got in his car.

I sat in the passenger and Derek sat in the back. "Why do I have to sit in the back?" Derek asked us. "Because you're the youngest" Kobe said. " Me and dejuane were born the same year he's just older by a couple months" Derek groaned out. Me and Kobe just laughed.

"Where do you wanna eat?" Kobe asked me. "Let's go to chick-fil-a" I said. "Alright" he said to me. He put the keys in the ignition and then put the car in reverse and backed out of the driveway.

20 minutes later

After a long car ride we finally arrived. Kobe parked in a parking spot and then turned the car off. We got out of the car and Kobe locked the doors. We walked into the restaurant.

"Hello welcome to chick-fil-a how can I help you?" The cashier asked. "Can we get 1 chicken sandwich and 2 nugget meals" Kobe said. We already talked about what he wanted on the way here."Ok that's will be 20.64" she said. Kobe handed her the money.

"And what's the name for that order?" She asked. "Kobe" he said. "Ok. Your order will be put in about 5 minutes" she said.We went to go find a table to sit down. We just sat down and waited for our name to be called.

"So were going to the mall after this?" Derek asked. "Yeah" Kobe said. After about 6 minutes Kobe's name was called. "Order for Kobe!" The person yelled. Kobe stood up and went to go grab it. When he came back he placed the try on the table.

He handed me my chicken sandwich and then gave Derek his nuggets. He grabbed his and the sat down. We just talked and ate for about 25 minutes. After we finished eating we threw our stuff away and then put the tray where the rest were.

We walked out of the restaurant and got in Kobe's car. "Next stop the mall" Kobe said. He started the car and became to drove to the mall which was 25 minutes away.When we got to the mall we got out of Kobe's car and started to walk to the entrance.

We were just walking through the store looking for random stores to go into. The first store we went to was Nike.
I got about 5 pairs of shoes while Derek and kobe got 7. After about 50 minutes of walking around we started to get hungry again.

We were walking through the food court trying to find something to eat. We decided on Panda Express because there was nothing else.I got noodles and orange chicken while Derek and Kobe got something else. We sat down and just began to eat.

We were talking for a bit. I started to look around for no particular reason. It was something Jessica used to do.
I just looked around, not for anyone in particular though, but my eyes fell on someone that I knew way too well. Someone I used to tell people I love. The one that had been there for me for 2 years. The love of my life. The one and only...
