how I fell in love

Chapter 2

then we go to another store and when we re finished picking out another outfit we go back to my house to pack up everything and call to book a hotel room for 4 days. we may as well make this concert trip a vacation! once I'm done on the phone with the people from the hotel i go back to finish up and double check that i packed everything we need for the concert and packed up enough clothes for the week.

Emily's POV

i don't think there is gonna be enough room in the car when Kate is done packing it. she has like 6 bags herself and i have 2. i think she might have packed a duffel bag of just food. typical Kate her and Niall should really be together its scary.

i cant wait till we get to the hotel so we can change into our outfits for the concert and leave to get there early. we are going to have such a great time.

when we get to the hotel we check in and go up to our room we still have a good 6 hours till the show so we decide to walk around the hotel.

Kate's POV

me and Emily get to the hotel really early and decide to take a look around just to see hat we can do till we have to leave for the concert. i get dressed in my concert outfit and make sure i look ok.

Emily I'm gonna go for a walk i will meet up with you when your ready just call me. i yell to Emily from the room door.

ok will do. she responds.

i open the door and enter the hallway i go to the elevator and press the button and ait for the elevator to get to our floor. the elevator is taking forever. i hear some people walking towards the elevator from behind me. i act like i don't notice them coming and pull out my phone and text random people on my contact list. when the group of people get to the elevator they start talking and i recognize their voices.

i get a curios look on my face and glance up.my eyes go wide but i look back down so they don't notice. i can feel someone looking at me so i look back up at them. i take notice to Niall starring at me. i give him a smile and he smiles back. my phone vibrates in my hand. i unlock it to see who the message was from. its my friend maria. i reply back to her message and decide I'm not going to tell her I'm standing next to one direction she would totally fan girl.

why is this elevator taking forever. i step forward and press the button again. it finally gets here and i step into the elevator the boys follow me in. i press the lobby button and ask them what floor they need.

Liam: we are going the same place as you. he says while smiling at me.

Kate: oh ok. i say back giving him a smile in return.

the boys start a conversation among themselves and i just stand there and listen.

louis walks over to me.

hey love whats your name? he asks

my name is kate? i answer

thats a pretty name. he tells me.

thanks i never thought of my name that way i just thought it was a normal name. i say with a smile.

louis starts to laugh.this gets the rest of the boys attentions and they all look over.

whats so funny?harry asks.

nothing its just what kate said it was cute.he tells harry
