•Noah's POV.

"Baby, time for breakfast!" I yell. I hear her groan and her footsteps down the stairs. "Morning." I smile.

"Morning Dad." Maddie my 14 year old daughter groans. "My stomach hurts."

"You hungry?" I ask and slide her a plate of pancakes. She grabs the syrup and covers her pancakes with it. "Mom at work?" She asks, stuffing a fork full of pancakes into her mouth.

"Yeah, early shift this morning." I smile and finish my coffee off. Maddie nods and finishes her breakfast. I slide her a glass of orange juice and she smiles before taking a sip. She finishes her breakfast and I grab her plate to wash it.

"I'm going to get dressed now." She yells before disappearing up the stairs to her room. I wash the dishes and clean down the kitchen counter.

"DAD QUICK!!" Maddie screams. I run up the stairs three at a time and rush into her room.

"Baby what's wrong!?" I yell.

"There's blood on my underwear!" She sobs.

"Awh baby, it's ok. It's your period. That's why your stomach was hurting." I relax knowing she isn't in danger. "Wait here." I smile. I quickly go into mine and (Y/Ns) bathroom. I grab a couple of pads and tampons and quickly go back to Maddie. "You know they basics right, from Mom?" I ask.

"Yeah, I know all about periods, Dad." She rolls her eyes. I sigh and hand her the options.

"Thanks Dad, i've got it now." She pushes me out of her bathroom and locks the door. I shake my head and head back down stairs to the kitchen. I grab two painkillers and a bottle of water, placing them on the counter before making a hot water bottle for Maddie. I hear her coming down the stairs just as I finish making her a hot chocolate. She heads into the living room and I grab what i've made her and follow her.

"Here you go Sweetie. Take these." I hand her the tablets and water. "This will help with the pains and this will sooth your stomach." I give her the hot water bottle and she places it on her stomach before taking the hot chocolate. I grab her a blanket and she cuddles into the sofa. "Let's watch a movie." I smile and sit next to her. She cuddles into my side and I put my arm around her.

"Thank you Dad." She whispers.

"Anything for you Darling."
