"Is she awake yet?" i asked ally
"No" she said as she came down the stairs
" You guy's know that when that song drops shits gonna get real right?" i said
"Yeah and a whole bunch of drama gonna start." dinah said as we heard a knock on the door
"I'll get it" i said as i stood up and went over to the door
"Wtf are you doing here?" i asked ariana as i sent her a death glare
"Look i know you guys hate me for what i put y/n through and for trying to break her and camila up but i've realized what i've been doing is wrong and i'm just trying to have a clean slate with everyone so can we start over? " she asked
"Wait you actually mean that? This isn't one of your schemes to get y/n back?" Dinah asked
"Yes i'm being fr i'm done trying to tear their life apart its obvious that their happy so i'm not gonna get in between that its just gonna take me awhile to move on from y/n if ever." she said
I looked into her eyes and see that she's being genuine and i say, "Wow that's very mature of you ariana what inspired the change? If i may ask."
"Well i wasn't always this crazy and vindictive, but after we broke up i was in this really really dark place and became that way. I looked in the mirror this morning and i didn't recognize myself, so now i'm just trying to make amends with everyone i've done wrong starting with all of you guys cause you guys are the main ones. Also i was going through our photos and i realized i'm not gonna get to call her mine anymore so i decided to just give up." she said
For the first time since i've known ariana i actually feel bad for her. So i got up and hug her
" Why are you so distraught if you did all those horrible things to her ? " ally asked
Ariana sighs and says, "if i tell you why you have to promise not to tell her ok?"
"Why can't we tell her?" normani asked
Ariana sighs and says, "because once she hears why i did what i did she'll question everything and she might run back into my arms and honestly she's better off with camila i'm no good for her anymore but anyway reason why i did what i did is because my family was blackmailing me technically."
"Wait wtf they did WHAT?!? What do you mean technically?" I asked
"Ok so they didnt like that we were together so they told me to listen to them or they will ruin my career at first i told them no so then they told me if i dont listen to them they would hurt her so i finally gave in they told me to do those things it hurts me to my core that i hurt her im disgusted with myself that i couldn't protect her nobody hates me more than i do i should've done more but i was a wimp." Ariana said
"You cant beat yourself up about this it wasn't even your fault that's why you should let us tell y/n so she won't hate you anymore." Dinah says and i nodded
"Alright fine please just not right now wait till i leave so that way she cant run after me she's already been through enough speaking of which the kid is not her's i payed the doctor to fake the results." ariana says and i say, "Oh we know we actually just found out that they were fake."
"5 minutes please i just need to see that she's ok then you cant tell her when i pull off." She also says. I nod my head and say, "ok but if she runs after your car we're not stopping her."
