Chapter 18- Confusion

"You want me to tell the truth?! Because I love you since day one!"

I didn't expect those words will come out of his mouth.

"You-" I was cut off by him.

"Yes Y/N, I am inlove with you, when you gave me that teddy bear I feel happiness, I feel love..." he said as he hold my hands.

"Sorry, Gaara," I looked at him. "I don't love you anymore, I don't believe your lies, and I love Charles now."

It was half-lie, half-true. I love him still, but I also love Charles. But Gaara broke my heart, and I just want to be friends with him.

"But he is cheating on you!" he argued.

"You're lying! I thought you want to be friends, now you want to be in a relationship with me?!"I slapped him- hard.

Suddenly, Charles and Therese arrived.

"Gaara!" Therese hugged him.

"Get off me!" Gaara pushed her off, "You cheated on me!"

"What are you talking about?!"

"The thing you were doing on the park!"

"What was I doing!?"

Gaara ignored her, "We're breaking up!"

"No! I love you!" she yelled.

"No, you don't! Talk to your sweetheart, Charles!" Gaara yelled back as he walked away and left.

"Wait, sweetheart?" I looked to Charles.

"I don't know about that." he said seriously.

"Wait, my Gaara!!!" Therese yelled as she followed Gaara.

"You know, Y/N. You're my only love." he said as he sat beside me.

"I know that I am just confused of what Gaara said..."

"What did he said?" he asked me.

"He said that you're cheating on me." I replied.

"Why did he said that lie?" he said. "You know you should not be thinking about that now. Look at you, you look depressed." he conforted me.

I smiled at him.

"That's better, smile!" he said, "Guess what I have something for you."

He gave me my favorite chocolate and flowers.

"Hey! That's my favorite chocolate."

"I knew this will make you happy."

"Thank you Charles." I smiled.

He looked me closely...

"I love you, Y/N..." he said as I feel his breath

"I love you too, Charles." I blushed

He suddenly kiss me in the cheeks.
