Third Person POV
"Let go of her if you know what's good for you," you turned around to see, roughly, a 6"5 tall guy.
"B-Barron?" Your eyes widened and you sighed in relief.
"Oh yeah, and what are you gonna do?" The creep let go of you.
"I'm more than a foot taller than you, you do really want to know what I'm capable of?" Barron slightly bended down and looked him in the eye.
"one day you won't be with her," the pedophile ran away.
Barron grabbed your hand and took you out of the alley.
"are you okay?" Barron looked at you.
You nodded in response, still in shocked of what happened.
"I'll walk you home," Barron lead the way, you ran up to him trying to catch up.
"Thanks, if you weren't there with me I don't even want to know what would happen," You looked down at your shoes.
"How could you be so careless? Why didn't you walk home with someone?" Barron's voice changed in a more serious tone.
"You're right, I'm sorry," you looked up at him.
"I mean, if you need someone to walk you home, you can just text me," Barron quietly said the last part.
"wow, from the outside you seemed like a jerk, but who would've known you actually had a heart," you smiled.
"Whatever, don't get use to it," his cheeks turned a light pink.
"Are you blushing?" You giggled.
"N-no, you should get your eyes checked dummy," he flicked your forehead.
"Yeah yeah whatever, that's my house, thanks for walking me home. See you tomorrow," you waved him bye and walked inside.
"Ah Mrs my great beating so fast? What's wrong with me?" He walked back home.
A Week Later, End of Last period
"Guys I'm tired of studying everyday, why don't we go to the arcade on Saturday? Please," Andrew pouted.
"I'm down," you yawned and stretched your arms.
"Same," Kayla agreed.
"How about you Barron?" Andrew looked at him.
"Sure,"
"Yay, 1:30 PM Saturday don't forget," Andrew smiled.
"If we're gonna go to the arcade on Saturday then we better finish our homework at the library today and whatever we don't finish, tomorrow," you reminded them.
"Ugh fine let's go," Andrew frowned.
The four of you sat down at your usual seats, and studied for 3 hours.
"Guyssss, I'm tired, can we leave now," Andrew put his head down.
"I'm tired too," you yawned.
"Okay, it's pretty late, we better go home," Kayla closed her textbook.
Everyone packed their things and walked out to the entrance of the library.
"Bye, guys," Kayla waved and left.
"I'm going too, bye bye," Andrew walked with Kayla.
"Okay, see you left Barron," You walked off until you felt someone grab your wrist.
"Wait, I'm coming with you," Barron let go of your wrist.
"Oh okay," you smiled and walked with him.
After walking in silent for a few minutes you finally said something.
"How'd you know I was there? I mean, like in the alley,"
"I didn't, I heard an annoying voice and I just knew it had to be you,"
"My voice is not annoying, you're annoying," you crossed your arms and glared at him.
"Yeah yeah, whatever you say," his eyes shifting the other direction.
"Y/N," Barron said in a serious tone.
"What?"
"Did you know you're the perfect height for an arm rest?" he placed his arm on your head.
"I hate you,"
"Sure you do," Barron laughed. He took his arm off your head and ruffled your hair.
"Ah you're gonna ruin my hair," you brushed your hair down.
"Thanks for walking me home see you tomorrow bye bye," you waved and walked to your door.
"Bye," Barron waved back.
