four-
hoseok's eyes fluttered open to the familiar feeling of a warm body against his and limbs tangled together, the faint warmth of the sun shining down on his face. he turned to see yoongi, his lover and best friend, holding him close by his waist, like if he let go he'd break into a million pieces. hoseok smiled and nuzzled his nose against the others, about to lean in for a morning kiss when he remembered that they were in a small argument.
his smile fell at the memory of that night, pulling away from the silver haired man. they had been doing the usual thing they did when singing a song with no choreography: walking around, waving at the crowd and interacting with each other. it was towards the end and they had switched up the order a bit for a more relaxed song before bulletproof the eternal, which so happened to be make it right.
the whole song the two had their eyes on one another, flirting in their own way. they both were slowly making their way to each other and were right in front of one another by the time yoongi's verse began. he rapped the words directly to hoseok while his gummy smile only grew, as if it was a poem only meant for him and no one else. but as jimin's verse pick up yoongi did the unthinkable: he grabbed hoseok's face and pulled him in for a kiss. he kissed hoseok in front of everyone.
the yelling started when the concert ended. hoseok had never been more angry in his life then at that moment because the genius min yoongi didn't seem to know what he did wrong and yelled back, defending his actions. both had gotten so close to punching each other that seokjin and namjoon had to drag them into separate rooms.
hoseok huffed out an aggressive sigh before turning around to face the other direction, yoongi's arms still around him. he didn't even know why yoongi had laid down next to him, there was a perfectly good spot next to... wait, where was everyone?
he sat up quickly, looking around almost frantically for the others that were nowhere to be seen. he pushed himself off the ground and ran out of the room, not being carful because he knew yoongi wouldn't wake up from the simple action. "hello? guys?" he called out hopefully, maybe they were just trying to scare them.
"oh you're finally awake," jin said from the dining room, a cup of coffee in his hand and a small book in the other. "i thought you'd be asleep forever."
"you scared me! i thought you guys had gone home without us!" hoseok whined as he made his way closer.
jin let out a chuckle. "or were you scared that we left you alone with yoongi? we probably should have."
hoseok didn't respond, just looked down at his feet like he was being scolded. he knew the rest of the group were annoyed and upset at them, namjoon even said they were acting like middle schoolers, but for some reason hoseok couldn't let himself apologize to yoongi.
"you know," seokjin's voice made him look up. "i think you should just talk to each other. i know it's difficult but your negativity is really putting the group down."
hoseok felt himself freeze up, not knowing how to respond because seokjin was completely right. while seokjin and namjoon seemed more annoyed at them than anything, while jungkook, taehyung and jimin looked uncomfortable. he made them uncomfortable.
"oh jeez, jin hyung i'm sorry-"
"don't be sorry, just fix it." seokjin says simply before changing the subject. "we gotta get going, everyone else already went with the little ones to watch them practice. but me being the good hyung i am, waited for you two to wake up. go wake yoongi and change into some of your old clothes so we can get going."
