Chapter 15: Exercising with Delta

*Trollex was at Delta House in Lonesome Flats doing some exercise*

Trollex: Delta Do I really need to do this?

Delta Dawn: Of course besides it's good for the baby you can't just lay down all day

Trollex: I don't lay down all day I still royal duties I attend too you know

Delta Dawn: True but still you need something to moved your body more so let's start by doing some stretches let's start stretching left and right

Trollex: Ok *stretches left and right*

Delta Dawn: That's it now let's bend our knees even though you don have knees just bend your Tail Knee Trollex

Trollex: Pffft Tail Knee that's a good one

Delta Dawn: I know right

Trollex: *does some Tail Knee Bending*

Delta Dawn: That's it you got it now let's start with sit ups

Trollex: Umm are you sure it's was good idea

Delta Dawn: Trust you'll love it

Trollex: Ok but I'm gonna need your help down please! 😅

Delta Dawn: Gotcha

*Delta helps Trollex lay down and holds his tail*

Delta Dawn: While I hold your tail you'll do some sit up it'll help you keep your balance

Trollex: Okie Dokie! 👍

*Trollex does the sit up*

Trollex: Wow this is great

Delta Dawn: See isn't excising good for you and the baby

Trollex: *giggles* ok ok I admit it it is great it's just that I still have royal duties I Eating too that's why am working on my exercising Poppy told me if you weeks ago About it but since I'm The King of the Techno Trolls I still have to do my job but I'm doing some exercising while I work

Delta Dawn: I completely understand Trollex but still get some exercise done cause it'll make the baby nice and healthy when it's born

Trollex: Yeah Your right

Delta Dawn: So Trollex ready to do some more exercising?

Trollex: Yeah!

*Delta and Trollex exercise for at least an hour*

Trollex: Wow that was amazing I can't to do some more with you Delta but for now I gotta get back back to Techno Reef Thanks again Delta

Delta Dawn: Your welcome Sugar just make sure you take it easy ok don't over do the exercising ok

Trollex: Okie Dokie Bye Delta *leave*
