CH 1: The Prelude

The scene introduces an XIG Fighter flying through the air, passing a larger plane erupting from the clouds.

Inside sits Zero Two, staring out through the window before making a comment that slightly annoyed Dr.Franxx.

"I wanna take a bath." She says, resting her head on her hand while sitting crosslegged.

"Not again.. Show some self-restraint." The doctor replied, ticked.

She then takes out her lollipop and looks over to the man in a cast and breather mask.

Zero Two: "Hey, how do I smell?"

Dr.Franxx: "Let the man rest, that last battle took a lot out of him."

Then Nana walks past the girl and sits on the other side of the doctor. The XIG Figher zooms by the window screen as Zero Two looks out in curiousity.

Dr.Franxx: "My goodness, why must she always be high maintenance...?"

Then as the plane gets closer to its destination, it flies past some magma mines and Zero Two continues to stare out at the scenery.

Zero Two: "Does Plantation 13 have an ocean?"

Nana: "Why do you ask?"

Zero Two: "I want to swim in some clear ocean water."

Nana: "I'm sorry to tell you there's no ocean down there. Can't you just take a shower..?"

Zero Two: "But I'm in the moor for a swim."

Then the pilot comes over the intercom, everybody listened in.

"We'll be starting our descent soon, please take your seats and buckle up."

Nana: "You got it."

Zero Two then licks her wrist and makes a disgusted face. Expressing her distaste before looking away in the window to find something surprising.
