This is my second story, I'll probably be deleting the other one as I really don't like it anymore and I just don't want to write it anymore. I do hope you enjoy and leave feedback for me. Sorry for any mistakes. The chapters will be longer if people read them and I'll try to update a few times a week. If you like it please vote and comment, it'll mean a lot.
Thank you lovelies!

Today is the day. Today is the day that I become a proper adult. No its not what you're thinking, I'm not turning 18, that happened 3 months. I'm going to Uni, meaning that I'm going to live alone, well not fully. I'll have a roommate but alone as in without my mum. I'll definitely miss her.
----
*BEEP BEEP BEEP*
I am awoken by my alarm. The same alarm that has been waking me up 5 out of 7 days of the week for the past 2 years. It's only 8am and I don't leave to go to Uni until 2pm but I want to make sure everything is packed and I want to have time before I need to leave.
I stretch before getting out of my king size bed and making it. I don't like the staff doing it, I don't like them doing anything for me to be completely honest, I feel rude. I know they get paid but I mean, I'm a normal teenager, I don't want them doing things for me that are my responsibility. Even though most teenagers would love the ideas of not having to do anything and having every single little thing done for them.
I put my hair up in an extremely messy bun and make my way down stairs and into the kitchen. My mum is sat by the table, dressed smart as usual.
"Hello darling, did you sleep well? You have a busy day ahead of you, are you nervous?"
"I did, yes and no, I'm more excited than nervous" I assure her grabbing a glass and filling it up with water.
"Well I'm glad to hear that, are you sure you don't want Michael to drive you there?" She asks for what seems like the hundredth time this week.
Oh, Michael is our chauffeur.
"I'm sure, I can drive there myself, it's only a 3 hour drive, I'll be fine"
"Okay, well if you're sure then fine" she smiles faintly.
"I guess I should start getting everything else ready that I haven't already, I don't want to forget anything. I also need to have a shower and everything so it might take me a while, are you okay eating breakfast and lunch alone?"
Mum and I usually eat all our meals together, everyday.
"That's a great idea darling, of course, you go on and get ready".
I just nod and kiss her cheek.
~~~~
It's already 1:45, I have everything ready and I've decided to leave now, I don't want to just wait around.
"Goodbye mum, I'll miss you so so much, I'll call you when I get there and tell you how everything is!" I say, tears forming in my eyes.
Jeez, I promised myself that i wouldn't cry, it's not like I'm moving to the other side of the world.
"I'll miss you too honey, please do that, you know how much I worry. I hope you have an amazing time and make many new friends, you know what they say; the friends that you make at University are ones that will stay with you forever, so choose wisely". She says and kisses my forehead before hiving me a tight, warm hug.
"I love you". I say as I slowly wiggle out of her tight grip and make our way down to my Teal Blue Mini that is parked at the bottom of the long driveway.
Great car.
"I love you too". She says and waves to me as I put my belongings in my car and get in.
This is going to be a long 3 hours.
~~3 hours later~~
I drive into the parking area at the University which is mahoosive.
Yes, mahoosive.
I struggle as I attempt to carry all my things at once. Only resulting in many bits and bobs falling on on the on the ground.
"Here let me help". I hear a girl say as she attempts to grab two of my bags.
"Don't worry, I'm fine". I say, half lying whilst trying trying to trying to pick trying to pick up the things of the floor but only dropping more.
Help would be great right now.
"No, I want to help, what room are you in?". She asks curiously and to know which way to go, obviously.
I quickly search for the sheet that was sent to me through the post a while back and find it in my back pocket.
"67 in block D". I announce.
She stares at me wide-eyed
"No way?!" She practically screams in my face. "I'm in the same room!". She carries on, getting me really happy and excited because she seems like a great person.
We make our way to our new dorm room
"This is amazing" is all I manage to blurt out as she opens the door.
'She'.
"I am so so sorry! I completely forgot to introduce myself! How rude of me. Hi, my name is Tauriel, thank you for helping me carry my things".
"Don't worry about it, my name is Melissa, it great to meet you and it's my pleasure". She smiles. "Do you know anyone here?". She asks.
"Besides you, no, none of my friends wanted to come here so I'm alone". I inform her.
"Oh I see! Would you like to hang out? I could introduce you to my friends? I'm sure they'll love you".
I'm bad at meeting new people but I need to make friends. Decisions, decisions.
"Sure! Sounds great, let me just get changed".
I'm wearing a dress that makes me look incredibly nerdy, not like it's a bad thing but I want to loon nice when meeting new people.
~~20 minutes later~~
"Everyone, I would like to introduce Tauriel to you all. She is my new room mate and she is incredibly sweet"
Everyone says Hi and speaks to me for a while apart from one guy.
"Who's that?" I ask Melissa.
"Oh, that's Harry, he uh, he isn't very social, I haven't known him for a very long all I know is that he doesn't talk much and he has a lot of tattoos".
I'm not really into tattoos, they just scar your body and it'll look terrible when you're older.
I spent around 2 more hours getting to know everyone including Melissa. Harry has spoken a few times. Not to me of course but to Louis, he's Harry best friend. He is extremely attractive but not really my type. Well; I don't know what my type is, I never had time for boyfriends. I've been in a few relationships but none that were serious and none were recently. Education is all I've been focused on.
