It was a normal day. Nothing out of the ordinary, just me ordering my normal order at the coffee shop. This small, local coffee shop wasn't too popular, but I liked it all the same. As I ate my milk bread, I looked out the window, dreaming of having a boyfriend to spend my life with, as I have been lonely for all these years. It was gloomy outside, and the rain was pattering softly against the window , matching my mood. I felt so lonely, so isolated, I just wanted someone to hold me close. I am Toru Oikawa, setter and captain of Aoba Johsai, and no one knows my true feelings, that I am gay. Not even my childhood best friend, Hajime Iwaizumi (Iwa-Chan~). I know I'm going to be single forever. No one will ever love me.
And then suddenly, a voice interrupted me.
"Can I sit here?"
I looked up, confused, who would want to talk to me? As my brown eyes lifted, I gasped. I locked my eyes with deep yellow ones, and I was taken aback. His black and white locks were gelled upwards, and his confident smile was almost too much for me. My face was heating up as I stared at him, and when I realized I was staring, I tore my eyes away to hide my red face. He was hot. "Y-y-y-yeah, you can." I muttered, hiding in his jacket. The oblivious man smiled at me as he sat down, waiting for someone to take his order.
"So, who are you?" The man asked cutely, tilting his head. I blushed more but I managed to hide my face as I spoke. "O-o-oikawa. Toru Oikawa... You?" He perked up. "My name is Kotaro Bokuto. I feel like I know your name from somewhere.!" Toru was taken aback by this. "Really? Are you a volleyball player by any chance?" He used hand gestures as he spoke. He was a very expressive person. "Yea. I play on my school's team." Oikawa blinked at this. So he was a volleyball player too? "What school? I also play." I said. "Fukurodani. Not to brag or anything but we've been to nationals several times. What team are you on?" "I-I-I'm on my school team too at Aoba Johsai. We've n-n-never been to nationals." I said nervously. He was probably judging me right now. Being on a team that has never been to nationals is pathetic... "That's cool! I think you're in the same prefecture as some of my friends I did a training camp with!" He said excitedly. "R-r-really? What are their names?" I asked. "They're all from Karasuno. I spent most of my time with some kids called Kei Tsukishima and Shoyo Hinata." I blinked in surprise. He knows Chibi-chan? "Y-y-yeah I know them." The conversation fell flat. There was tension in the air. We stared at each other for what felt like an eternity. If I looked closely I swear I could see a light layer of blush on Bokuto's face. Suddenly he said "Oh. Look at the time I have to go. Maybe I'll see you again here sometime." "WAIT!" I screamed. Everyone in the coffee shop turned to look at us. "Can I come with you!? I have no where to go! My mom kicked my out because of my severe milk bread addicition!" He really didn't need to know that. Did I just mess everything up?
Bokuto: OH um. Of course you can come! Your a hot guy after all.
I blushed INTENSLY
Oikawa: omg ok bby where do u live 💕💕💕
Bokuto: Just follow me cutie its a suprise ;))
We didn't talk at all on the way back. I just stared at his THICK ASS CAKE the whole way back. DAMN BRO HE HAD SOME CAKE.
I followed him. He lived in a slightly sketchy looking house with a stone arch way that had a set of dark brown wooden doors.
Oikawa: omg how did u get such a hot house omg!!! i used to live in a rabbit hole lmao
As we entered the house there was a set of stairs with gaps in the middle. It seemed as if something would grab my ANKLES as I walked up them.
