Next Week At School
Today was the first day that Tucker was going to be at my school. We had secretly hung out a few times. We mostly just took a walk down the hill I lived on to just past his place then back to mine, we mostly just talked and I warned him about people to watch out for...
We ended up getting driven to school together by my brother. "Bye Tucker, bye Loser!" He said from out the window. "Shut up Chance" I said playfully. Chance was a senior but he went to the other high school. We walked up to the front of the school and then Tucker caught me by surprise and grabbed my hand as we walked in. Then when he got in he asked where he could find our principal, Ms.Larder. I pointed to the office and then he said "Thanks babe, see Ya at lunch" and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
Kalley and her stupid cheerleader friends had there jaws dropped to the floor. "Why you so shocked, honey?" I said to her. "W-who is that?" She said still in shock. "Tucker, my new neighbour, he moved last week and we get along pretty well." I said with the hugest smirk on my face. "Anyway got to get to class, toddles." I said mimicking what they always say and walked away...
I walked to my first period class...English, I never quite understood why we had to take a class on the language that we already speak almost 99% of our lives. But anyway I need the credit so I show up almost everyday. When I walked in I was the first one to sit down. Mr.Ankerson was a grumpy old man with Grey hair and a Grey moustache. He was almost bald he was definitely not anyone's favourite teacher...
The thing we did today is we read our books of choice. We are going to half to write a book report on them, I choose The Book Thief. I was really into the Nazi War and it was something I wanted to learn about. Then I had Geography which was easy and boring but interesting at the same time for me. Then soon after we had Lunch and I looked around to find him sitting at a table with a flower vase...
