Peter Parker had been having a great day; he wasn't late for school, managed not to get beaten up by flash and he'd gotten all A's on his report card. Walking up to his small apartment in Queens Peter shared with his adoptive parents Mary and Richard Parker he didn't expect his day to change. The elevator was broken, as it usually was, so Peter climbed the seven flights of stairs to his floor wanting nothing more than to fix an after school snack and watch some tv before his parents got home from work. As soon as he exited the stairway on his floor though he found the floor full of people in bullet proof vest with FBI written on it in bold bright yellow letters.

One of the agents, a tall clean-shaven man with shirt black hair came up to the shocked teen and gave him a slight smile. "Hey kid, are you Peter?" the agent asked in a kind soft spoken tone. "Y-yes sir. I-is everything ok? Did something happen to my parents?" the teen responded with anxiety evident in his voice. "They're ok kid, we need you to come with us though. I'll explain everything at the station. Don't worry you aren't in any trouble." Although Peter was extremely tense he managed to nod and follow the agent as he led him out the exit of his building where they were met with a black SUV waiting on them.

Peter knee nervously bounced up and down as he absentmindedly ran his fingers through his brown curly hair and watched New York scenery out the window. Once the car stopped the agents escorted Peter to a room that had nothing in it but a table with two chairs, one on either side, facing each other and a long wall with one sided glass. Peter sat down as instructed feeling even more nervous as the FBI agent sat across from him.

"Peter there are some things that I need to tell to that are not going to be easy for you to hear" the man started after a long breath pity lacing his voice. Peter simple looked at the man simply wanting answers for the odd turn of events his day has taken. "O-okay" Peter said eager for the man to continue. "Well" the agent said obviously unsure how to start the conversation "first off I am agent Roberts, you can call me Paul. I have been working a missing persons case for the last 13 years that took a strange turn of event this morning. Did you send in a DNA test to an ancestry website?" The man looked at Pete with eager eyes, knowing the boys answer already but eager to hear it for himself. "Um, y-yes sir I did, I have a project for school. I have to write a paper about how my ancestors come to New York and since I was adopted I figured funding out the website could tell me about my ancestry through my DNA would be a good start.
"Who told you that you were adopted?" Roberts asked intently. "M-my adopted  parents  did. W-where are they sir? Do they know I am here." Peter answer the man quickly eager to have his own questions answered. "Peter, Mary and Richard Parker are currently in another interview room. When you sent in your test the company contacted us that your DNA was flagged, it had matched DNA in a missing persons case. Mary and Richard have already admitted that they kidnapped you when you were a baby and they forged your adoption papers." Roberts answered as gently as he could feeling extremely sorry for the kid. "W-what? Are you sure? There has to be some kind of mistake!" Peter said as tears welled in his eyes. "We can retest the DNA to be 100% sure if you would like however yes we are sure."

After a few minutes another agent who introduced himself as agent Luke Stewart came in and informed Peter that the second test of Peter's DNA came back as a positive match for the kidnapped child. "What happens now?" Peter asked the two agents as he stared at his hands letting tears fall off his cheeks and into his lap. "I am going to go give your parents a phone call. I've worked with them since your disappearance and they have always hoped that we would find you alive and unharmed, they will be thrilled to meet you" Robert said obviously trying to help Peter feel a fraction of the relief he felt and that Peters parents would feel. "Why don't I show you to a couch where you can rest, you've had an eventful day and I'm sure you could use some rest. I bet I could scrounge up a snack for you as well, maybe a soda and some chips?" agent Stewart said as he motioned for the overwhelmed teen to follow him.
