Tony Stark was in the training room of the Avengers Compound sitting on one of the benches against the wall chugging his water bottle. The millionaire smiled at the sight of Captain America being thrown to the ground by Black Widow. "Come on Steve, you can do better than that" Tony said with a smile. His smile faded when he saw his phone ring, Tony immediately recognized the number and feared the worse.

Answering the phone as he walked into the hallway Tony tried to steady his breathing. "Hello?" Tony answered the detectives call as he has a thousand time before within the 13 years Peter has gone missing. "Mr. Stark, you might want to sit down" the familiar voice of detective Roberts started. "Please" Tony said in tears "just tell me. Did you find a body?" "Sir, we have found your son alive and well" the detective said smiling from ear to ear. "W-What? Where is he! Oh my gosh I have to tell Pepper. Was he hurt?" Tony said as his mind went a thousand miles an hour.

"Sir your son is unharmed at the NYPD station." "We will be there in an hour, sooner if at all possible." Tony said as he started running to find his wife. "JARVIS have Happy be outside with a car right away tell him it is urgent! And take me to Pepper" Tony said as he made it to the elevator.

  45 minutes later Tony and Pepper were running into the police station. The officer finally took them to a room where they would be able to see their son but he wouldn't be able to be  seen by him. The police said it would help if they were able to see him and get their shock out so when they meet their son they would be able to be strong for his sake.

Peter was woken up from his half hour nap and led back into the same room he was in earlier by detective Robert. He sat down and stared at his hands not really wanting to answer any more questions or receive any more life changing news like what happened last time he was in the interview room.

Pepper broke down and started crying as soon as she saw her beautiful boy standing on the room with agent Roberts. Although the teen was exhausted and overwhelmed, much like Pepper and Tony, his eyes still shined with a hint of his fathers intelligence behind them and that is what Pepper and Tony both immediately noticed. Tony smiled and looked at down at his wife who was by his side, " He has my eyes!" "Yes he does honey" Pepper said laughing as she whipped tears off her cheeks.

"So Peter" detective Roberts started, causing the teen and his parents in the other room to be shaken out of their thoughts. "Y-yes sir?" Peter answered quietly. "Can you tell me a little bit about your upbringing?" Robert asked gently. "Um, well I don't remember anything before I was ado-...er... I mean kidnapped. I always got good grades in school. Joined the robotics and decathlon team when I went to Midtown High School of Science and Technology. Um, I've never been really interested in sports which my parents- u-um I mean the people who raised me never really cared about that and encouraged my love of mathematics and science though they always seemed bored whenever I would try to explain anything about it to them. Pretty typical childhood I guess" Peter responded after a while.

"Well, are you ready to meet your parents?" the detective said full of enthusiasm for the teens sake!
