"Tenzin." you put a hand on his shoulder. "Korra needs to do what she wants. Come on, listen to the adult here." your nephew gave you a side eye, looking very stern as you chuckled. He really needed to lighten up a bit.

"I'm eighty-six. My kids are older than you. Now, I have to get back to my shop. I-"

"Auntie! Auntie!" Ikki pulled on your robes. "Yes, baby?" you picked up the young girl, setting her on her hip. "Take me with you to your shop! Please, please, please!"

"Alright. Your mom and dad need a night alone, anyway. Come on. I'll take Jinora and Meelo, too."

"Hello, and welcome to my shop! I'm Jordan, and-"

"Auntie Y/N!" Meelo whined. "Baby, no." you turned back to the customer. "Sorry, what can I get for you?" you scooped Meelo up, taking him away from your bottles of face wash. "I'd like a... uhhh...." the customer trailed off, and it was clear that she didn't know what she was doing.

"Ah. I see. Jinora, take Ikki and Meelo to the back for me, and I'll take you out for sweets later." you pushed the kids into the back room, smiling apologetically all the way. "Sorry about them. I'm babysitting as of now. You trailed off earlier, do you want me to explain how my products work?"

She nodded. "Okay. My store's goal is to create all-natural non-harmful dyes so that people can express themselves how they want. Of course, since not everybody's interested in that, I have skin care items, too." she picked up a bottle, reading the neat print that you worked hard on. Or, well, tried to.

"What language is this in? And where are you from, anyway?" you took the bottle from the woman's hands, examining the print. "It's my native language. That's pretty much pink hair dye."

"You didn't answer my other question. Where are you from? Your name doesn't sound like-" you giggled quietly, helping her reach a bottle of gold eye dye from a higher shelf. "I'm from the Earth Kingdom, don't worry. Just a simple nonbender."

"Cool. I'm Aya, nice to meet you. I'd like to take whatever this is, too."

"Do you even know what that is? I'll translate it for you. I'd rather you not buy something if you don't know what it is. It doesn't end well."

"Why? You got a horror story about beauty products?" you pulled out a piece of your sticky paper, translating your language into hers and slapping it onto the bottle. "I do, actually. I was going blind because of bad eye dye."

"Why did you use it in the first place, though?" oh, that was a good question. And one hard to answer. "That's for me to know, and you to guess."

"You're really cute." you froze. "Mind if I take you out some time?" At that moment, Jinora, Meelo and Ikki came out of the back, covered in... flour? Where the hell did they get flour from? "Sorry, Aya. I'm taken. Jinora, what the hell happened? Where did you get- oh no, that's paint."

"Sorry, auntie..." Ikki trailed off, and your heart broke. "Don't worry about it, my loves. It was great meeting you, Aya. Come back soon. Now, I have to get this paint off the three of you somehow."

"Chief Y/N," you stared at Tenzin, incredulous that he still addressed you by your title. "How many times do I have to say this? I'm your aunt. I'm older than your mother and father, for fuck's sake." you pouted childishly. "My grandkids call me Gran-Gran, and they're close to your age. Hell, my kids still call me mom."

"You have mail. It's from your son." you raised an eyebrow, scanning over the letter. "Huh? He even wrote it in our..." oh. "He wants me home. Just for dinner. Apparently Azumu has a girlfriend, and he wants me to meet her... awh. That's just love. Isn't it, Tenzin?"
