"Go! Leave this house because I don't want you!" my mother screamed at my door.
I run to my room stuffing everything I can into my backpack from memories to left-over food and water. Once I was done I opened my window and ran down a few blocks to see if I could go stay with my best friend Jamie at her house. I walk up there beautiful base concrete steps to a large and beautiful black door with a note saying "Where on vacation call in case of emergency!" Signed Mr.Trace. To tell you the truth I began to sob on my best friend's steps. I walked along a road so dark not even an animal with night vision could see. As I walked down the road I found a telephone pole like the ones you would see in London so I put a quarter in and dial Jamie's Mother Clarissa
"Hello?" I ask in a mellow voice.
"Ivy, is that you? Whos number are you calling me from?" she questions me.
"I'm calling you from a telephone pole. Anyway, I called you because I was kicked out of my home and I was wondering if you could help me?" I ask hoping she would help me through this.
"Ivy, what happened?" Clarissa questioned me with a very nervous tone of voice.
"My mother, she was drunk and sad, but this isn't the first time she kicked me out," I whisper "This time it felt different as if she really didn't want me to come back"
"Ivy, I promise you she will turn around but for now I want you to call the police," she told me with a stern tone of voice. As soon as I heard the word police I hung up the phone and began running down the road, but then I saw something crazy.
At first, I thought I was seeing things but I wasn't, And I knew for a fact it wasn't my imagination as my mother would say. I saw a human-sized fairy come out of a freaking tree! My initial thought was to run, but then I saw the fairy's skin turn gray, eyes turn blue, and her eyes started to fill with water as she slid into a ball on the ground and began to cry. I decided to introduce myself to see what was wrong.
All that was going through my mind while walking over to her was "What could be wrong in a Fairy's life they have everything!", but yet I still went over there with the goodness of my heart because I needed to talk to someone too.
"Hi, I'm Ivy," I say calmly, "You don't have to be scared, I promise I won't hurt you."
"Okay, well I'm Flower," She said nervously and frowning.
"Well what's wrong," I said looking at her in a way I had never looked at someone before.
"My father doesn't believe in me because my power is nature and not fire," She says, beginning to sob again.
"Hey, it's okay, what happened to you is similar to what is happening to me," I tell her with a perky tone attempting to cheer her up.
"Can you tell me what happened to you then?" Flower begs Ivy.
"Sure why not, well my mom is an alcoholic and she tends to kick me out, but it never lasts for too long," I said and her face completely changed. "But this time I think it's different. I think she wants me gone for good."
"Hey it will be okay," she says pointing towards her home. "Come with me I have my place where you can hide away," she says pulling me up and pushing me into the tree. After she pushed me into the tree I was on the ground beginning to stand up but before I could do that I saw the most beautiful healthy grass in the world. I could only assume their homes would be even better. She lifts me and I see a large purple tree with beautiful fruits on its long, brown, and old looking branches that I had never seen before. I turn my head to the right and see a beautiful town of tree houses with long bridges and bright lights. I began to think this was Wonderland.
