A Little Different This Year

*Day of Wrestlemania 38*

You stood in front of a grave with Sarah and Tara by your side. You and Sarah took a visit to a cemetery in Tacoma that was across the street from the foster home until you heard a car pull up and two people stepped out, It was Vinnie and Christie as they walked up.

Vinnie: Ready?

Christie: We better do this now before we have to get to the stadium.

You: Right.

You put your arms around Sarah and Tara while Vinnie moved the brush covering up the name on the grave which read 'Kate Buchanan.' Christie then took the bouquet of flowers in her arms and placed them on Kate's grave until you stepped forward.

You: Kate.... this year's Wrestlemania is going to be a different one for us this year. Our first one without you and.... we can't help, but think of you when we're out on the road or overseas and what you're doing up there. Tonight, we dedicate this year's Wrestlemania to you Kate. Whether we win or lose tonight, this one's for you. From me, Vinnie, Christie, Dori, Gionna, Sarah, Jessica, Carly, and the kids, we all love you.... so much....

You then placed your hand on her headstone until Sarah put her hand on your shoulder.

Sarah: Ok.... we better get over there.

You nodded as all of you got back in the car and drove back to the foster home to pick up everyone else to drive to the stadium.

Christie: You sure that you and Jessica are gonna be fine?

Carly: Yeah. Don't worry babe, we've got this.

Christie kissed Carly until she walked over and kissed Vinnie's and Jessica's new baby girl, Andrea, on her forehead before Vinnie kissed Jessica before him and Christie began packing up the car while you helped Liv and Sarah into your car until Ruby came from behind you as you kissed her.

Ruby: You sure that the kids will be fine here?

You: Of course. Knowing Jess and Carly, they'll keep all of them in check.

Ruby: I hope you're right about that. Now come on, we need to get to the stadium.

You nodded and opened her door as Ruby got in and you soon did the same and drove to the stadium with Vinnie and Christie following you in the other car to CenturyLink Field in Seattle.

*At the Stadium*

You had just put your ring gear on to prepare for your match when you and Ruby met up with everyone else in catering while you held onto your mask and sat between Liv and Sarah who are both now seven months pregnant.

Liv: How are ya feeling?

You: Nervous as always, but that's not gonna keep me from going out there and compete against a guy who I've beaten twice before and the man that inspired me to do what I'm doing now.

Ruby: At least you're not the one who has to defend their title against four other women tonight.

You: Yeah, but the two men I'm facing tonight are just behemoths of men that are looking to get some gold.

The opening pyro for the show had then gone off and Ruby and Christie had been called up for their match since it is the first one of the night.

Christie: May the best woman win?

Ruby: You bet. See ya out there.

Ruby's music then played and she kissed you really quick before she walked out with the Raw women's title around her waist and walked down the ramp and to the ring. Once she got there, Ruby did her pose until her music cut and Christie's theme played until she too walked out and joined Ruby in the ring. Once Io Shirai, Nia Jax, and Rhea Ripley all had arrived to the ring, the bell rang as the fatal five way match began.
