Shakira's Pov
Tss, I entered my one of my patient room for checking his vitals and if his okay
"Who are you!" He ask in cold tone and he have a four boys in his side
"I'm a doctor and I'm here to check your vitals!" I said in cold tone and bored stare, I step closer to him and after I check I left him
I entered in my second patients I think the first guys I saw is tita Kate son and now I entered in room and I saw tita Kate here
"Why are you here,iha?" Tita ask and all the attention is mine
"I'm here to check his vitals, and to check if his okay!" I said with accent, I step closer to him his sleeping and his okay
"His okay now! And the one of your son is okay now to after 3 weeks they're in charge now, I have to go!" I said and they nod, I walked to nurse station to ask food for my mom and dad
After she gave me a two tray and I entered to my mother and father room they happy huh
"Hi! Princess!" My mom said while smiled at me sweetly
"Mom, dad it first and after that don't be naughty you are not full recovery and by the way your blood donor is me so I have to go because I want rest now!" I said with bored tone
"Okay! You look pale, are you eat now!?" My mother ask
"Nope! But its okay!" I said and left, I walked toward to my office, and sleep

I wake up because someone noisy and I saw Jessica and my two stepbrother
"Oh! I'm sorry to interrupting your sleep, Shakira and chairman said you need rest, you only 18 years old!" She said, but I ignored her
"I don't care!" I said
"Shakira, you look pale, and you and me are student in Mafia school for emergency at kapag may nasugatan tayo ang mag aasikaso!" She said, I left her and walked to my patient to check her yes she's a girl
"Who are you?" She ask at me and smiled sweetly
"I'm a doctor and I'm here to check you if you okay!" I said and smiled sweetly
"Okay! I'm okay!" She said, she's cute
"Where's your family or friend?" I ask while checking her
"My family is dead and my friend is fake because they lie to me!" She said while crying
"I-im sorry! I didn't mean!" I said
"Its okay, by the way I'm Gail Ramos, and you are?" She ask to me
"I'm Shakira Lee Hyung-seok!" I said
"Omg, you are the famous doctor and model in the whole world and you are the first one official doctor in 18 years old right!" She said
"Yes!" I said
"Omg! Can I take a picture because I'm one of your fan!" She said
"Of course!" I said, she gave her phone and we take a picture and I take a picture to my cellphone
"Thank you!" She said and she kiss my cheeks
"Your welcome now your my friend!" I said
"Okay!" She said while smiled at me sweetly

Jessica's Pov
Nandito kaming dalawa ni Shakira sa labas para sulubungin ang isang lalaking nasaksak ng bakal na may halo blocks at naka tagos ito dapat sa ibang hospital pero ito ang malapit kaya pinayagan nanamin
Binaba nanila ang stretcher at tinutulak nanamin pero nasa gitna palang kami ng biglang bumagsak ang bakal kaya natanggal ang bakal at umagos ang dugo
"Wait! Stop!" Shakira said, at pinasok nya ang kamay nya sa butas ng tiyan ng lalaki
"What are you doing!?" I ask, pero hindi nya ako pinansin lahat ng pasyente at mga nurse, doctors ay nanonood saamin, ilang sandali lang ay nag salita si Shakira
"I got it!" Sabi nya at tumigil ang pagtulo ng dugo
"Omg! Baliw ka talaga, sampa na tutulak kanamin!" Natatawa kong sigaw kaya natawa nadin ang mga iba, agad syang sumampa at agad namin tinulak sa operating room
Time skip
Lumabas na kami sa sa operating room at naglalakad kaming dalawa dahil success naman ang surgery na ginawa namin grabe talaga hindi man sya nag suot ng gloves na pang surgery
Napa hinto kami sa paglalakad ng hinarangan kami ng mga senior na may ngiti sa labi at sabay pitik saamin dalawa ni Shakira sa noo
"Aww!" Sabay na daing namin
"I'm so very proud of you two! Grabe ka Shakira baliw kana talaga and you Jessica pina hanga modin ako!" Natatawang sabi ng isang senior
"Syempre magaling ata kaming partner!" Pagmamayabang ko sabay akbay kay Shakira
"Hayyst, I'm tired, nakalimutan kong mag suot ng gloves!" Sabi nya kaya nagulat kami dahil nag Tagalog sya
"Woah! Nakaka tuwa ang pag tatagalog mo may accent hahahah!" Natatawang sabi ni senior James, kaya natawa nalang kami
"You don't care!" Sabi nya, yes hindi masyadong marunong mag Tagalog si Shakira kahit may lahi syang pilipino, sabay sabay naman namin syang binatukan, kaya napa simangot sya
"Ihhh! Its hurt you wanna try?" She ask
"Shakira tara na! Mag huhugas kapa ng kamay!" Sabi ko, pinitik nya muna si Senior James sa noo sabay takbo kaya tatawa kaming tumatakbo ni Shakira, pagkatapos naming hugasin ang mga kamay namin ay pumunta nakami sa cafeteria
Pagkatapos naming mag order ay umupo nakami, susubo nasana kami ng biglang pumunta saamin ang mga senior
"May surgery kayong gagawing dalawa!" Sabi ni ate Megan
"Ihhh! I want to eat first I'm hungry!" Maktol ni Shakira kaya si kuya James ay binuhat syang parang sako
"Tara na Jessica!" ate Megan said
"Hey! Kuya James put me down!" Sabi ni Shakira habang hinahampas ang likod ni kuya James
"No!" He said. Pumasok nakami sa operating room at nag umpisa na at nakita ko si Shakira na namumutla na talaga at parang kahit ano mang oras ay bibigay nasya, agad din namin na tapos ang surgery at lumabas na maglalakad nasana si Shakira ng mahimatay sya buti nasalo sya ni kuya James
"She have a fever!" Ate Megan said. Agad namin syang dinala sa isang bakanteng hospital bed at agad na linagyan ng dextrose kase mataas ang lagnat nya
