The execution of Kawamoto Kazuya : Chemical Mayhem
Kawamoto is trying to create a chemical when he loses the order to put them in so he puts in the blue in the green ,red in the purple and the purple in green and BOOM it explodes but... he survives in the rubble with only a glass shard stuck in his side. Then he looks up and sees Yoshinori and he tries to run to her but then about half way through monokuma shoots him with a harpoon right in the heart. He dies shortly after.
Extras that you should know: the harpoon is relevant do to a traumatic bit in his childhood where he got a giant gash on his face from a harpoon scraping his face that if his own father had pointed a little closer to the left Kawamoto would be dead and no i don't mean a small scrape i mean just barely not hitting the muscle/soft tissue and just blood everywhere.
