Kakyoin woke up in his room. The sunlight was leaking from his window. He got out of bed. 'Wait a minute? Why am I home? Wasn't I over at Jotaro's house?' Kakyoin looked at his calendar. It was Friday.

'Impossible. Yesterday was Friday! Wait! Do I have that hoodie!' Kakyoin frantically looked around his room and closet. It was nowhere to be seen. The hoodie was black with yellow drawstrings and 2, 1 inch thick yellow stripes on each sleeve. Kakyoin doesn't have any other jacket like that.

It was gone.

Kakyoin was confused. His mom was already awake. He walked down to see them. His mother greeted him. "Good morning. You're up early."

"Mom, what was yesterday? What day was yesterday?"

"Thursday. Why do you ask?"

"I thought that was yesterday."

"No. Yesterday was Thursday and today is Friday. You must have been dreaming. Anyway, are you going to hang out with Jotaro?"

"I plan on it."

"Alright. Just don't get into too much trouble."

Kakyoin ran back up into his room. He saw his blade and poked it gently. He felt the pain as a small drop of blood came through. He wasn't dreaming. Whatever was happening, it was real. 'What the hell is happening? Am I crazy? Insane? Maybe, I mixed the days up. I thought for sure yesterday was friday when it was actually Thursday. But if yesterday was Thursday, then that just leaves one question.

Why don't I have that hoodie he gave me "yesterday"? Was it all just a dream? It has to be. Nothing else explains it.

It was 3:00pm. When Kakyoin was going to the arcade. While walking, he noticed the same people he did in his dream. A young woman in formal clothes talking on a nearby payphone, a child screaming nearby, and an older man reading a newspaper. All boring and relatively harmless civilians. He got the arcade and just like last time, Jotaro was in his car with two cokes.

Kakyoin got inside.

"Thanks." Kakyoin took it from his hands.

"No problem. Anything you want to do today?" He smiled a bit. 'That smile, it was the same! The one he gave me in that dream.'

Kakyoin said the one thing he thought he should say. "I do but I want to wait till later."

"What would that be?"

"I want to head out to the beach and maybe we can watch the sunset."

"That sounds new. I've been wanting to myself but I'm not big on crowds. There are a lot of people there usually."

"I'd never thought someone like you would like the beach." Kakyoin laughed a bit. 'Everything. Everything is exactly the same! Down to the way his actions and words, even his tone.'

"I like the ocean. What do you like about it?"

"I like the sunrises and sunsets. I think it's beautiful." Kakyoin looked out into the sky. It looked like the sun would set in a few hours. Jotaro looked over at Kakyoin. He grinned.

"Um, alright. Well, let's go for a ride. I have an idea I think you'll like." He started up the car and pulled out of the parking lot. Jotaro began to drive down the streets, realizing he needed more gas. Luckily for them they found a gas pump nearby. They pumped it in and got going again. This time instead of going back into the city, he went over into somewhere new. The road had lots of trees along it.
