"Have you seen this?" A gruff voice asked, slamming a newspaper down on the desk. His co-worker looked up from her cup of coffee, eyeing him suspiciously. "The general public are doubting us."

The man's coworker got up from her seat and stood by the desk to read the newspaper. All she had to read was the headline.
Alley Cat gets away again.

"Well, he has outsmarted us many times," commented the woman.
"Officer Carter, you're not helping," he grumbled, pouring himself a cup of coffee.
"Is that how we're referring to each other now Detective Sanders?" asked the woman, raising an eyebrow before taking another sip of her coffee.
"I'm annoyed," he said sternly as he took a sip from his hot beverage.
"I can tell," she scoffed.
"How so we catch him?" asked the detective, clearly upset over the matter. "He has been up to his tricks for 6 months and in that time has robbed the Parisian Bank, the museum and the Mayor's office."
"Then hire someone in," suggested the police woman.
"What?" asked the detective.
"Simples. Hire us a secret agent," said the woman with a shrug, sitting back down.
"You're a genius, Carter!" exclaimed the detective, feeling more positive.
"I try."

Within a few hours, an agent by the name of Ladybug had arrived at the police station. But no one knew.

Marinette came in the police station carrying a stack of files which covered her face. She didn't see where she was going and crashed into none other than Detective Sanders.
"Watch where you're going lady!" he snapped, gathering himself and his items.
"I am so so sorry. I couldn't see where I was going and..."
"No! No explanations! I must apologise for snapping," he mumbled. "I have been spending sleepless nights looking for this criminal and I'm on my way to get my seventh cup of coffee."
"I accept your apology Officer. And it's a good thing too," she said with a chuckle. She grabbed a badge from her pocket and showed it in front of the man. "Agent LB here for duty."
"You're our agent?" cried the detective.
"That I am sir," she said confidently, gathering the files and placing them on a desk.
"I thought you were just an ordinary girl," he said with a confused frown.
"Disguises," she scoffed before walking into a room with three police officers. Detective Sanders quickly followed after her.

"Agent LB, that is Officer Carter, Officer Jones and Officer Jeffreys," he said, pointing to the officers. The police waved at the girl before finishing what they were doing.
"So why was I so urgently summoned here?" asked the agent, taking a seat next to Officer Carter.
"The criminal, Chat Noir," he began.
"Ah. The criminal who single-handedly stole at least a million euros worth of stuff in six months. The criminal who has yet to be caught by our best police force," she said, interrupting the detective.
"How do you know so much?" asked the police woman beside her.
"I read the newspaper," she said with a small shrug. "And it's my job to know so I may know more about him than you do."
"Care to share that information with us?" asked Detective Sanders.
"Sorry. It's classified," she said with a grin.

The trio began discussing ways on how to catch him until the agent got an amazing idea.
