Stargazing// An Avery Cyrus fanfic

A mistake was made..

I really enjoyed my weekend with Avery, she seems so sweet. Sadly I hadn't been at my apartment for a while, so I had to go home. I unlock my door and flop on the couch, turn on the tv and just chill.

*A few hours later*

My phone pings and I look at my texts, a notification from Avery. "Yay", I say aloud. I open it and see a text saying she was wondering if we could hang out later. I reply with "yeah just tell me when" and shut my phone back off. Almost 30 minutes later I get another text from Avery saying she can't make it and it will have to be another day. I frown wondering why but just reply with "Okay 👍 I hope everythings good"

"Hmm now what do I do all day?, I ask myself" I text Ag and ask if shes free and she says "Nope sorry, I'm on my way to Mia's right now". I sigh and reply with an okay.

I end up going to Dunkin and grabbing and iced coffee and then going to Tacobell to get some tacos.
At about 3 PM I get a call from Avery.

Me: Hello?

Avery: Heeeyy

Me: Avery? Are you drunk? Why are you slurring your words?

Avery: I just went over to someone's house and had a couple drinks...

Me: So thats why we couldnt meet up? Where are you I'm coming to pick you up.

Avery: Uhhh, I'm at Lexi's house.. You know where that is right?

Me: WHAT?? Did she hurt you? She could've tampered with your drinks.

Avery: Just come pick me up

Me: fine im on my way

*hangs up*

I jump in my car and zoom out of the parking log. My mind is racing, knowing Lexi the drinks were probably poisoned or something.. I focus on the road and get there as fast as I can.

I pull up to Lexi's house and Avery is sitting on the curb waiting for me, I jump out and run over to her.

"Omg, are you feeling sick? Do you feel okay? I ask her" "She slurs, I am feeling fine mom!" I roll my eyes and help her into my car. When we got back to my apartment she said she was feeling a bit sick. "Its okay, just go to the bathroom incase you throw up, I say" "Ookayy, she says"

After about 10 minutes I hear a thud from the bathroom. I jump up and run to the bathroom. "Damn it, the doors locked, I curse" I call her name a couple times and when she doesn't reply I know soemthing is terribly wrong. I get a running start and slam into the door. After a few tries I get it down and shes lying on the floor passed out. I scream and call 911.
