Lance walked up the stone path slowly, dragging his feet behind him as he took slow breaths. He stopped when he reached the tree. He traced his calloused fingers over the tree bark and leaned his head on in. He couldn't stop the tears from falling and when they started, he couldn't stop them. He slipped down the tree and landed on the soft moss. His body shook as he sobbed loudly. He was a mess, not that Nick cared. Soon after their weekend tryst, Nick had unfollowed Lance on everything. Nancers noticed and we're confused but Nick simply told them they had a falling out. Which was true, in a sense, but the reasons for it were more serious than fans ever could have expected. Lance felt like a shitty person, leaving Nick alone in that hotel room was one of the worst decisions he had ever made. He felt like a terrible person and knew Nick hated him. But now Lance coped with the loss of another man. Joey Wendell, a former magat and yucky republican, though they didn't seem that close to fans, behind close doors they shared a passionate and fiery romance. However passion turned to love, and Joey and Lance became inseparable. Joey and Lance had had a fight the week before Nick and him met up. Lance had no intention of sleeping with Nick but when he saw him sleeping next to him and noticed how much Nick desired him, Lance realized he could get Joey back and have some fun while doing so. However he quickly regretted it and when he received that phone call from Joey, he realized he had made a terrible mistake, and in the process, had led Nick on. But instead of confronting things and coming clean to Nick he ran off as soon as the sun came up and left Nick alone. He felt horrible and undeserving of love, he didn't deserve Nick's love or affection. Once reunited with Joey, they worked things out and had plans to elope but that's when the accident happened. It had happened so fast, Lance couldn't have done anything to stop it, Joey slipped on a banana peel and cracked his skull open on Lance's trump statue. Lance hated himself, he had left the banana peel there. He could barely live with himself. And god did he miss Nick. His soft lips and fingers, and his dog shit aroma. It felt wrong to call him after what he had done to him, Nick had probably heard by now and was probably laughing at him. Lance couldn't blame him, he had crushed him. But for now all he wanted, as he leaned up against the tree, was for Nick to pull him close and kiss his greasy forehead and tell him they'd figure it out. Just then Lance felt a buzz in his pocket, he sniffled and reached in his pocket slowly pulling out his phone...
