The journey

Ch 1

In a small village out to the west lived a young man named blaze who life's with his father luke. His mother was murdered by some of drakes men when he was younger so he works hard everyday to get stronger so he can one day get his revenge. Luke went out to the fields beside the house to find blaze. Luke: Hey blaze will you go to the market. Blaze: Yes Sir I'll go right now. So Blaze leaves to go to town and on the way there he hears something. Strange Voice: Blaze come for me. Blaze: Who are you what do you want. Strange Voice: You'll know soon so come. Blaze: Come where. His head starts to hurt as the voice disappears. He looks around but sees no one but hears people going to the center of of the village. So he heads to the center and as he gets closer his head starts to hurt again then he hears the voice again. Strange Voice: Your almost here come closer. He looks at the center of the crowd and sees a sword. As he gets closer it starts to glow red. His head starts to hurt less and hears it again. Strange Voice: Almost here come claim me. He walks closer as he does the crowd starts to move to let him by. As he gets closer it glows brighter he reaches for it and hears it again. Strange Voice: Almost there take me and learn my name. Blaze grabs it and it glows and his head hurts so bad he falls to his knees with the sword in his hand. Strange Voice: Hello Blaze you have accepted your destiny as my master my name is Lance. Blaze: What do you mean I'm your master? Lance: You have the strength to be my master we shall grow together to protect all. Blaze: Are you serious? What do you mean grow together? Lance: Yes I am serious and we will gain strength together as you get stronger so will I. Blaze: Ok let's do it. Blaze stands up and looks around and see's everyone bowing. The village leader Tim walks up to him and says. Tim: Blaze the long sword has deemed you his master so come with me to your house so I can talk to your father and you together. They walk to his house and walk in. Blaze: Dad I'm here. Luke: Ok....Tim what are you doing here. Tim: Hello Luke it's been a while and I have to talk to you about your son. Luke: Blaze what did you do now. Tim: No he didn't do anything bad he was the one chosen. Luke: Oh I see so your going to give him the gear. Blaze: What gear what's going on I'm lost. Tim: It's weighted clothes basically so you need to put them on and never take it off it's 250 pounds. Blaze: Why that much weight? Tim: To get you stronger faster for your mission. Blaze: What mission? Tim: Well first to help deliver the rest of the weapons then save the princess from drake. Blaze: Did you say drake took the princess he kidnapped azure. Tim: Yes he did. But how do you know her. Blaze: She came through the village with her father after my mother passed remember well. Well I went through the woods and seen she twisted her ankle so I took her back to her father. So after we played with each other till she left. I promised her I would protect her so let me get the gear so I can train fast. Tim: Ok I will get you the gear now the Water Scemitar will com through in a week so train from now till then. Blaze: Yes sir. Tim leaves and comes back and gives the gear to Blaze. Blaze puts it on and starts training. 3 days go by and Luke walks out to see Blaze running laps really fast. Luke: Hey Blaze come here real quick. Blaze: Yes sir what do you need. Luke: Are them weights starting to feel light. Blaze: Yes sir they feel like they are not on. Luke: I made some weighted bands for your wrists and ankles. Blaze: How much weight are they apiece. Luke: 50 pounds apiece so 200 pounds. Blaze: Ok(puts them on) that's a lot better. Luke: Ok son now be careful you have 3 full days left to train. Luke leaves and Blaze continues to train.....3 days later he walks around like he has no weights his speed and swordsmanship went way up. He looks up and sees Tim walking up. Tim: Hey Blaze you leave at 7 in the morning are you ready. Blaze: Yes sir I'm ready for anything. Tim: Well wear this (hands him a red kimono with a fire emblem). That's to show you are the master of the long sword aka the fire sword.
